Really good choice of hotel

Great service. Variety of breakfast.

The walk to the hotel is steep so if you have luggage it will be a tough walk. The hotel itself is not close to the main area which you can stay at for the same cost. Only good thing about this hitel was the sink and toilet area. Our blankets has stains all over them so we had to resort to using bathrobes as blankets while cranking the heat up. Bathroom had a bunch of mold inside. I would suggest staying close to the main strip amd not at this hotel. Worse experience so far.

This hotel was super disappointing. The cleanliness was below average. Dust on pretty much every surface that can accumulate dust (including the door lock to the bathroom) mould in the shower on the ceiling, around the vent and all over the blind. The open air bath was not an open air bath at all and is also not hot spring water (in room information confirmed this). The town, Kusatsu, however is a must visit. But for the amount per night this hotel is charging it absolutely isn’t worth it.

The room was beyond expectation. Comfortable beds,the view is fantastic, we really enjoyed the tub in the bathroom. The onsen in the hotel is clean and you can enjoy some relaxing time.Just a few minutes walk to town to restaurants and shopping.

Everything was okay. However, I had some concerns regarding the cleanliness. The condition of the public onsen was not comfortable for me, and there were molds in the shower areas of the room bathroom, which made me feel quite uncomfortable.

It was good, but the hotel food was terrible. In the morning, some fruits were dead, while at night the meat was of the lowest quality... I love meat but I couldn't even eat it! The room itself, the bed and bath were really good, though!

The room is clean and nice to stay

Spacious room with private little onsen in the room. Public onsen in the hotel was ok but not amazing. Breakfast was basic buffet style. The hotel is a little far away from the city center.

部屋は広くて快適でした。でも椅子が1脚もなく、座椅子に座るのが辛い人はベッドにすわるなよ

スタッフ（ロビー受付）はほとんどが日本生まれ以外の方で、最初に受付をしてくれた方は他のリブマックスを何店舗か経験した人で、冗談を交えた話をしながらスムーズに受け付けを済ませてくれた。 日本人には無いいいところだと思った。 施設については客室数がそこまで多いとは言えないため、比較的静かで快適に過ごせる印象。大浴場もすごく広い！とは言えないが、客室の収容数を考えれば妥当な広さで、土曜の宿泊かつ遅い時間でもないにも関わらず、貸切状態で入浴できました。（時期によると思います。） 客室についても恐らく過去はマンションだったのか1LDKくらいの広さでソファ、大画面テレビ、露天風呂付き（お風呂トイレ別）のような設備が整っており、羽根を伸ばしてリラックスができます。（部屋の香りは好き嫌いがあるかも） 部屋の露天風呂は客室側に大きな窓ガラスがあるため少しプライバシーが守られてない気がしますが、私は気になりませんでした。

室內溫泉太棒了

這間酒店是我多年使用hotels.com 預訂酒店住宿頗為差的一間。 酒店房間浴室水缸來水並不是草津溫泉泉泉水，只是一般熱水，與網上資料不符。 酒店早餐及晚餐質素很差。 食材不新鮮。 熱盤食物不夠熱。 房內 Wi-fi接收很差。

お部屋はきれいでとてもよかったです。 ただ、お部屋についてる内風呂は匂いが気になり入る気になりませんでした。

大浴場とレストランが良かった

まず部屋の清掃が全くできていない。所々に埃が積もり、シーツには黄色い染みがある。部屋に付いている風呂は、出てくる水が臭く、風呂場も臭い。そして、小さい羽虫が10匹くらい出る。 立地は、歩くのが苦じゃない人であれば、湯畑までも徒歩圏内ではある。近くに居酒屋とかがないのが、立地的な弱点。

部屋の広さや清潔感はとても評価できます！ ベッドも快適でした。 食事は口コミで確認していたので多少は覚悟していたので、こんなものかな…という感じで許容範囲ですが、やはり食べたいものがなく、追加されないバイキングは残念です。
