Order a room with a bathtub so you can relax and soak in warm water but it turns out that the water heater is broken and the shower hose is leaking. Finally it was a bit difficult to take a shower, was offered a replacement room but the room type was smaller and there was no bathtub. Ibu nya ramah, check in sangat mudah tanpa KTP cukup no HP saja. Next bakal nginep di sini lagi, cuma agak masuk-masuk aja ternyata di dalam perum. Minusnya kamar mandi super kecil dan air nyiprat keluar ke dalam kamar. Tapi sangat recommended karena bersih pol.

Super cozy. Ada kolam renangnya cuma kosong, tidak ada airnya. Mungkin karena pandemi jadi wajar. Nyaman banget, yang punya ramah. Design homestay nya fungsional. Minusnya cuma di kamar mandi yang sempit, jadi airnya kadang merembes ke kamar. Pintunya pake pintu geser jadi ngga memakan tempat. Ada tempat bersantai di samping kamar, jadi meskipun no smoking tetap bisa ngerokok di samping. Banyak tumbuhannya jadi ijo ijo gitu, asri. 10/10.

This is my 3rd experience staying at Rafitha. Ms. friendly. hot water available for drinking. I happen to have to drink warm in the morning so it helps, the bathroom is clean and the room is clean. Blankets and pillowcases clean and smell good. Although hot water for 1 person. I have never been disappointed staying here. Whenever I travel on business I always go to this inn.

I'm not check in finally. Because nobody stay on to take care my check in procces. I was stay for more than 30 minutes, try to pushing the ring bell, call CS OYO, get the number where I should call if need help. And after I get the numbers, nobody answer. So I left, Because I'm so tired, and I need place to rest soon. No refund for this order, It is okay, but.. please make sure there is a person to take care check in proces. I never had such a bad experience like this before. Please fix your hotel services.
