I had a very good stay at Hotel Jura. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast; very good location; the room was quite simple, but very clean - excellent water pressure in the shower - very strong!

Room was filled with biting insects, many squashed on the walls. Very tired and dated room. No drink making facilities in the room. Breakfast was stale pastries which weren't restocked - really not to be recommended sadly. Staff were friendly when we arrived, but different staff in the morning less so.

Very nice small hotel about 12 minutes away from Biel. Recommended. Free parking and reasonable price. Note their restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, but there is a very nice restaurant 2 minutes away called Bahnhof but closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays!

Breakfast was very limited.

Friendly and welcoming staff were very attentive to my needs. Would highly recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Quaint Swiss town by the river, Hotel was fine, room perhaps a little basic but comfortable. Good breakfast. Very nice staff.

nice and friendly hotel in the heart of Jura

Loved the free breakfast! Staff was very friendly! The area is quaint and quiet, which allowed me to get some work done from my room. Only problem was that wifi did not connect most of the time.

Excellent dinner. Probably the best dinner we’ve had in our 12 day tour of Switzerland.

The stay was great. I felt welcomed even though I didn’t speak Swiss German and everyone seemed very nice. The breakfast was great as well.

The building looks fine from the outside. Our room (#201) had a huge dead bug on the wall (with legs outstretched about 3 inches diameter!).....the cleaning person should have checked the room and removed it before we checked in. Breakfast buffet was very basic. Very little service on Sun-Mon and very little food choice then. No person to even make a coffee (I looked around and found no one).

Sauberes Zimmer und für eine Nacht genügend. Eine Erneuerung wäre nötig.

Notre chambre était très confortable et le personnel très très gentil. Merci à eux pour leur accueil et leur efficacité. La possibilité de se garer à proximité et de pouvoir facilement prendre les transports est très appréciable.

Eenpersoonskamer in een hotel dat bezig was met onderhoudswerkzaamheden. De kamer was prima voor het doel overnachten

Mycket trevlig personal. Litet urval till frukost. På kvällen trevlig uteservering av middag.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber gemütlich. Das Frühstück ist nichts besonderes, geht aber in Ordnung. Das Restaurant ist Montags und Dienstags leider geschlossen. Parken ist schwierig.

Nachts war es ein wenig laut.
