I like that it was close to different type of restaurants.

The property is very old with a lot of charm. Our family of seven stayed there for a night. It is right next to a city square with a walkable and safe area. However, it is not much of a distance until the area becomes questionable. The only actual problem is the lack of available parking. You have to find a place to squeeze into somewhere on the street. Overall, we are glad we stayed there.

This was a great place to stay for my family of six; 3 adults and 3 kids. It was a bit nostalgic for me because my cousin used to live in one of those apartments before it turned into an Airbnb type of rental. We loved the balcony!!! Only a few minutes from major attractions, pubs and restaurants. The gentleman that helped us locate the keys was very helpful and polite on the phone. I just wished the entire apartment had air conditioning. There was only on AC unit in the bedroom. PR can be quite hot at the end of July!! However, it was a great stay for all of us. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family traveling to PR.

Es un lugar muy céntrico al estar en medio del pueblo de Ponce. Un edificio antiguo con sus balcones, que lo hacen muy único. A el area de camas, baños y toallas les hace falta mejor atención y limpieza. En la cocina las cosas aparentan ser nuevas. Para nuestra familia el baño y camas es lo más importante cuando buscamos un sitio para pasar la noche. Cuando llamamos para que nos facilitaran más sábanas respondieron rápido y con cortesía. No hubo regalo de bienvenida como indicaba al momento de reservar. It’s in a great location at the center of downtown Ponce. A historic building with its balconies makes it very unique. The bath and bedding areas need more attention and cleaning. The kitchen area looks new. For our family the bath and Sleeping areas are the most important areas when we stay overnight. We asked for extra blankets and the service was quick and respectful. There was no welcome gift as indicated when booking.
