Unpleasant smell in the room from the previous cigarette smoke. This hotel only for the smoking guest where smell of cigarette can be heavily detected especially in two elevators.

The staff was really kind and accommodating. Breakfast options were nice. Convenient walking distance to the Mall of Istanbul and other small neighborhood restaurants.

Horrible service - I ordered room surface and it took over three hours for them to deliver they didn’t even bother to tell me what is the delay .. I couldn’t not sleep till after 3:00am .. they allowed drunk men in the room .. I complained four times and they asked me to change my room. After they were very loud. Laughing and screaming .. they were smoking to the point it that it came in my room .. although the rooms were non smoking .. I was very disappointed with the whole experience and I will never , ever back

Very good

They provide a chauffeur service from Istanbul Airport in a luxury van for a reasonable rate. The hotel was in a beautiful position, close to the Istanbul Mall and a theme park. Their service and quality were excellent.

The rooms were hot like hell and AC was not on when we got to the hotel. One of the staff turned it on for us but it turned itself off in half an hour and as we were leaving Beth early in the morning we didn’t get time to get it fixed. It is horrible that offer a presidential suite but to save a few bucks, don’t turn on the AC. Room must have been over 30deg C.

Excellent service and excellent quality. Best value you can get in my opinion for Istanbul.

Very nice staff

Quiet and friendly hotel with a 10 min walk to Istanbul Mall. We only had the buffet breakfast which was very good and plenty of choice. Room was clean and large with free bottled water. For dinner we tried the local restaurants in the area - which where amazing! About 30 mins by car to the centre if you wanted to sightsee. Highly recommend this hotel and having a walk round to eat local.

Absolutely loved my stay here with my family. Extremely clean facilities and polite staff. Staff was always on hand when needed. Room service is extremely good. Regular cleaning of rooms. Breakfast options were many. Delicious breakfast and dinners. Will definitely come back next time

The teenage kids thought it was great with a separate room for them as so used to us sleeping all in one. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
