Great hotel

Second Avid I’ve stayed in and it is great. Nice rooms, great staff, excellent breakfast options. Highly recommend! I never give excellent cause I always think there is something that could use improvement but I have to say these are excellent choices!

The room temperature keeps changing — sometimes it's hot, sometimes it's cold. I can't sleep.

Nice and clean. Beds were super comfy.

Clean, close proximity to the airport, quiet, nice room, breakfast was solid, place felt new, good value.

We checked in on 6.6.25, right before a Tornado was about to hit. The check was easy. The room was great. The Tornado didn't get Ok which was great but the rain was horrible. Wish we would've stayed longer. We checked out the next morning.

Way better options around the area, no amenities, the water pressure is nonexistent, had to fix my toliet myself, AC was horribly loud and sounded like sonething was broken in it. The only positive was the maintenance worker was super cool and nice besides that, i would not stay here again.

Great hotel and wonderful service

We weren't impressed. The rates were reasonable. The room wasn't immaculate. We were pleased with the simplicity. The breakfast food was old and stale.

It was amazing stay!

Property had amazing reviews but it is just OK. There are so many other hotels in the area that I would have rather stayed at, but the reviews were so good for this one. The Avid is just a version of a Motel 6 from IHG. Seems quirky or boutique but is sparse and nothing special.

VERY BASIC - kinda boring and minimalistic. Cold tile floors need carper

Nice breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles and fruit/bagel options. I liked the 24hr. Coffee/tea/water stations. The bed was comfy and it had a large bathroom with a good shower. The 2 treadmills in the gym were not working and some of the weights were missing from the gym station.
