Hotel was good biggest issue they had no wash rags

The building itself looks new and has good reviews so we chose this location. However, after we checked in and received our room keys, and we entered the room it was a mess. Trash in the container, melted ice in the ice bucket. Dirty towels on the bathroom floor. It was obvious that housekeeping didn’t alert the front desk. We had to haul our luggage back to the front desk to get keys for another suite!

Late arrival with easy check in. Front desk was very nice. They have a great breakfast, but we were in a rush. We would definitely stay again.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Our experience was disappointing from start to finish. We arrived an hour before the official check-in time and were told to wait, which is understandable. However, even after 3 PM (the promised check-in time), our room was not ready, and we had to wait an additional 20 minutes. The hot tub was one of the amenities we were looking forward to, but unfortunately, it was not warm at all, making it unusable. Additionally, one of the rooms in our reservation was never cleaned throughout our entire stay, despite housekeeping being informed. There was no complimentary drinking water available—only bottled water for purchase. The front desk staff were not particularly welcoming and at times came across as rude. On top of that, the hotel is located right off a major highway, so noise was a constant issue, especially at night. Overall, the lack of hospitality, basic comfort, and cleanliness made this stay underwhelming. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to others.

The people at the desk were great. What I did not like was how so many things did not work, first water, then coffee (pots) and my Krugig did not work, no newspaper, absolutely no information on anything. Where is the gym, the pool. The day before I left asked if
