On this reservation I booked 3 rooms for a total of 8 people. We arrived at the door of Alas Purwo at 7 pm. When I got to the hotel, because there was a road that was closed by the portal, I called the number, but the person answered very rudely, thinking that day I had already checked out and blamed me for not confirming (even though it was clear I was wa and didn't reply), then he said we had to pay 100k for the pick-up fee with the excuse that it was late (it was 8 pm, but in the end we didn't pay because we didn't want to and didn't get picked up). What made us disappointed was that the position was already in the middle of Alas Purwo at night (no internet signal, only limited phone signal and no one, because it was really in the middle of the forest), but when we called, we panicked. by the hotel. Even though in the end we were given 2 room upgrades, I was still in shock with the service from the hotel. For sure, we will not be back and will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
