Ordered 3 luxury glamping, but when arrived only 1 available, the rest are full. With no prior notification. Snorkeling operator need to learn from other places. Need too improve their service and facility/boat. Meal order in restaurant, take forever. Wasting time just for waiting food.

The choice of rooms does not match the real conditions in Jawa Jiwa. Go to Jawa Jiwa ~ 9 km offroad, don't use a car with low ground clearance, and as much as possible go there while it's still daytime. There are no alternative places to eat outside Jawa Jiwa, food prices are quite expensive (85 thousand+ per portion). Few choices of activities, Jawa Jiwa's main function is to surf camp, apart from that there are only tours around Alas Purwo. Some wild animals (monkeys, deer, wild boar) sometimes roam the hotel area.

Pengalaman yang benar-benar luar biasa menginap di Jawa Jiwa. Tenda masih dalam kondisi sangat baik dan bersih, alam sekitar masih benar-benar terjaga. Jarak ke pantai juga sangat dekat, dan pantainya juga bagus banget dan airnya jernih. Makanan yang disediakan di restoran juga rasanya cukup enak

We never expect to stay at glamping room. Because there were maintenance on all triple bedrooms, we moved to the glamping room. We only paid for triple bedrooms for the glamping one. The food just so so, but the beach was the star. Room facilities also awesome, but the water supply not that fast. The only thing that need to fix is the internet. The connection was slow because there weren't any repeater. So the coverage not into my room. This accommodation is recommend for who love silent and calmful

Best accommodation. Super special glamping. Being in the wild is exciting. Around the tent there are deer, deer, deer, various rare birds, monkeys, and even peacocks. The staff is very friendly & polite. Anyone should come here, it's amazing.

Thank you Jawa Jiwa Land especially to Mr. Mansyur and all hotel staff who were very good in service and gave a surprise for my son's birthday, there was towel art, room decorations and fresh cut fruit. Satisfied to be able to stay here, highly recommended.

So I confirmed via wa 10 days before check-in on the cellphone number on the voucher and google maps. In that wa the hotel replied, ok well ma'am. Even after that I asked again and no reply. On this reservation I booked 3 rooms for a total of 8 people. We arrived at the door of Alas Purwo at 7 pm. When I got to the hotel, because there was a road that was closed by the portal, I called the number, but the person answered very rudely, thinking that day I had already checked out and blamed me for not confirming (even though it was clear I was wa and didn't reply), then he said we had to pay 100k for the pick-up fee with the excuse that it was late (it was 8 pm, but in the end we didn't pay because we didn't want to and didn't get picked up). What made us disappointed was that the position was already in the middle of Alas Purwo at night (no internet signal, only limited phone signal and no one, because it was really in the middle of the forest), but when we called, we panicked. by the hotel. Even though in the end we were given 2 room upgrades, I was still in shock with the service from the hotel. For sure, we will not be back and will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

For the standard room, it's really bad, there is no glass in the room, there is no glass, mineral water as for we have to ask the clerk first. Especially the bathroom outside which must be shared with several other guests. Luckily at that time I got the promo price. If you don't know, you can really BT.

Superb surroundings! It's inside the natural park

Memang bukan jenis hotel yang cocok untuk keluarga atau staycation. Kecuali Anda adalah surfer yang memang kemari untuk mencari ombak, maka tidak banyak kegiatan yang bisa dilakukan, terutama untuk anak-anak. Hotel ini cocok bagi solo traveler, adventurer, dan tentu saja surfer. Jarak tempuh menuju hotel cukup jauh dari pemukiman warga. Tapi servis staf dan hospitality-nya salah satu dari yang terbaik yang pernah kami temui. Semua staf sangat helpful, ramah, dan menciptakan suasana kekeluargaan. Jadi tamu merasa betah dan 'diterima'. Di pantai tepat di depan hotel disediakan sunset deck untuk menikmati matahari terbenam. Kalau ingin berjalan-jalan ke pantai di malam hari juga bisa. Ada banyak lampu yang di-set up untuk menerangi jalan. Bahkan security akan dengan senang hati menemani. Bagi tamu yang ingin belajar berselancar, ada trainer yang siap melatih dengan biaya tertentu. Di sekitar hotel masih banyak satwa liar yang berkeliaran dan mudah ditemui seperti merak, kancil, babi hutan dan monyet.

Resort yang unik berada di tengah hutan (Alas) Purwo. Butuh waktu perjalanan cukup lama dari Surabaya sekitar 11-12 jam, melewati jalan aspal dan jalan berbatu tengah hutan. Bangunan bentuk Glamping dan gedung, Room Triple bagus, AC dingin, bersih semuanya, makanan enak namun mahal. Resto buka dari jam 06.00-21.00. Manager dan Staff semua ramah dan helpfull. Jika datang, ditunggu di pintu pos kedua di Alas Purwo, akan dipandu masuk dalam resort. Di tengah Resort banyak monyet dan rusa 😀 Hanya di Resort ini kita buka jendela kamar, langsung didepannya ada monyet 😍 Welcome to the Jungle 🤩 Wisata sekitar resort adalah Pantai Plengkung Gland 😘 keindahannya tiada tara, lunas sudah segala capek jiwa raga terbayar oleh pemandangan sunset di Pantai Plengkung 😘

it is really nice place to stay. we spent just 1 night over there just for transit to Bali. the ambience of the forest was so majestic. from Old temple up to the Jawa Jiwa we were amaze with the scene of the sighting. deep jungle and then suddenly we saw the tents. from no mobile network coverage to the WiFi provided in tents area. amazing. we also could have an online meeting inside the jungle. one thing that annoying was the monkeys. they threatening us especially the alpha male. I had to bring baton stick for precautions as they were showing fiery face with fangs. that was why we always stayed inside tent as it was not good to stay in front of the tent as the monkey will come and asking for food. I have suggestion to the owner. Please lower down the water outlet on washing table. it is to high causing water spattered to the persons who are using it. also the shower need to have a curtain to cover the water spray so it could fall only to the rocks in the bottom not to the area of toilet as it will make water flooding the toilet as the sink is not properly installed.

Great cool, for those who want to completely escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Truly the best hidden gem in East Java, surfers paradise

The interesting thing in Jawa, not land, is the glamping tent, but here I and my friends don't discuss the glamping type but the standard type. 1 thing it lacks is WiFi. because even though there is no TV, WiFi is very much needed in all inns because that is entertainment that can be done at bedtime and of course for updates on social media. For friendly, pleasant service, breakfast is not bad and the toilet is also pretty clean. For ordinary rooms and meals, a better design and better workmanship is needed. value 7 for standard type.
