Be careful if going there. Dirty.. Small room, toilet broken, them only think about money whiteout good service. You can't find that's hotel, because no show hotel name, no soap, no towel, ac not cold

In Hong Kong, if you are a low budget backpacker, almost all rooms in the Chunky Mansion TST are the same level. But staying at Kamal Traveler which is part of Toronto Group is a pleasant experience. I ordered through the application and when I arrived at the destination there were absolutely no obstacles. If you are aware, information is provided at the reception door. If you check in at night, please dial the namar provided at the reception door on the 5th floor. Use the right elevator. Left elevator for even floors. If you check in early or before night, there is still reception, please press the bell. We booked a family room with 1 double bed and 1 single enough for Asian size. If you are western size, I would suggest you order twice your need. Example you travel alone, I suggest you order twin room or family room. It will still fit western budget anyway. The room is clean, and free of charge for cleaning and tidy up. Available toiletries and hot water. Internet TV can also be used. In fact, I stayed at I stayed 😁 Reception also very helpful and friendly. If you plan to visit Hong Kong, I would recommend you to stay at Kamal Traveler. Photo I took after we slept on it, of course we messed it up. But when I first come in, its very clean and tidy.

The room is extremely bad, very dirty and smelly, there is no toilet in the room

This is the most unbelievable experience, I just kicked out from the receptionist floor, because the keeper want to sleep !!! Yes I have late check in but he don't give me any solutions at all!! At the end I just lost my bed!

I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at the place. Even though my flight was delayed and I had to check-in late, it went smooth and easy. Also, everyone is very much accomodating for queries and concerns and even helped us get tickets for some of the tours in HK. Overall, it was great and the place has good value for money.

The best USD 120 I have ever spent. The elevators did not have double line queue, the rooms are really big and clean without any excrement inside the toilet bowl. The toilet paper was properly stocked. The hot water worked perfectly like a dream. the whole place did not smell like armpits after a week of no showering. it was like super wow, oh and it was also very cheap!!!! and was super clean I had temptation to lick the floor. wow... the end.

the room quite small than we expected but clean.. wifi is super.. the aircon and heater are well function.. the staff was very kind and helpful.. they provide microwave and hot water.

Dirty place, at that night i found 2 cockroaches, for us that was the most terrible night in hongkong so far

The rooms are very small, the bathroom is quite one person standing. so if you bring a small child who needs to be bathed will have difficulty. The place is hard to find and the lift has to queue on average about 10 minutes sometimes more. The place is relatively dirty.

the location of the hostel is not safe, tend to be a lot of criminals hanging around. When arriving at the hostel, the double rooms are very narrow and musty, no ventilation and windows. I was forced to exchange it with a 2 single bed room, because I do not accept the room is not in accordance with the picture. The hotel extorted me by asking for an extra 100 HKD along with a key deposit which I found absurd, but not a 5 star.

They sell my room to the other then give me very dirty boarding house to me, with broken toilet lock door , no light no lamp.

Good service, but the room is too narrow and lots of leak in the sky especially2 km no 504, in general the room and bathroom is very clean, ac cold receptionist friendly, wifi arise drown.
