Room was ocean front but outdated. Bathroom only had one shower door. The water from the shower spilled into floor causing a lot of wetness on floor. All the restaurants were not able to be RSVP. Mexican option was booked for months out. Bar, food, n restaurants were easy to access. Resort pool n beach were close to each other. That was the best part of the resort. Room service was top notch.

Had great time at Krystal Cancun. The only thing is it didnot have much activities for kids. Wish they had kids night show, magic show etc for kids fun

We were very desapointed with the food and drinks. If it wasn’t for the sun and the beach we wouldn’t enjoy our vacation at all. Would we go back, maybe with a lot of reservations.

The first room that was assigned i wasnt happy with, but they were very helpful and moved us to a different room which made us happier. Staff is always greeting us and we enjoyed our stay.

Room was horrible, asked to have the toilet fixed and they never fixed it. It would run all night and keep you up. The staff is very rude. Hands down the worst place I’ve stayed in cancun.

Rooms are a little dated, staff was friendly and helpful and the food was better than average.

Outdated resort, buffet is garbage, resort is EXTREMELY outdated like old old! Washrooms are not nice. If you get ocean view it’s not bad view! Restaurant food is nice but once again buffet is completely garbage. Staff is nice. Location is good right beside the Cancun strip. Only bar rail alcohol included. Cost money for good liqour. By the way, water bottles cost money which is crazy and not cool. Overall decent price for a family. Rooms r way too thin you can hear everything next door rooms with no privacy.

The room was out of date and the bed was not comfortable at all the ocean view not what it show on the picture The staff was OK I’ve been in Cancun in other places a lot better this place I will never go back and I don’t recommend it to people
