Great atmosphere and facilities. The shuttle to the theme parks ran constantly which made it easy to go back and forth if needed. The staff were all amazing and friendly!

Outstanding stay but check in was very backed up when we arrived at 1am. The hotel really needs to do better with having enough staff for the front desk when lots of arrivals are expected.

Property was clean and very accessible to the park. Great food options. Unit was noisy though and the wait for the elevators was insane. Other than that a good experience.

Clean, spacious, close to attractions

Our recent stay at Universal Endless Summer Dockside, during spring break, was fantastic. We switched to this hotel two days before our trip to Universal, and have zero regrets. We checked in on a Wednesday, and the whole process was a breeze. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a shuttle to/from the Universal parks. The area surrounding the hotel felt safe enough during the day, but we did come across some interesting individuals in the evenings - I would hesitate to walk alone after dark. There were several walkable shopping choices nearby for groceries, including a fantastic Portuguese store and a chain drug store with simple grocery options. The property was within a 30 minute walk of many fast food options, restaurants, retail complexes and outlet shopping malls. The pool area was resort-like and never busy, but the water was pretty cold. The fitness centre was incredible - new machines, and plentiful treadmills. The food court was very pricey - we did not eat there. In room coffee and a mini-fridge were a plus. I can't recommend this hotel enough. It was a delightful stay for my family of four (two adults, two teenagers).

Estuvimos poco tiempo, el hotel en general nos gustó, lo único que no me gustó es que no dan bandas para identificar los huéspedes y esto no me hizo sentir muy segura, pues cualquiera puede hacer uso de las facilidades y el transporte.

We absolutely loved our 10 day stay here . The only minor thing is I wish the pools were a little bit warmer . Everything else was perfect and we would def recommend and stay again

We had an excellent time. One of the elevators was broken when you already have to wait a while for an elevator to begin with. The pool area is wonderful, though a hot tub would have been appreciated.

It was a good expierence. The only thi g was that there was limited dining options. Everything else was top notch.

Every time we come to Orlando we always stay at Dockside and absolutely love it! The only complaint I have is when I arrive every time to check in there’s only 2-3 employees at the lobby desk and there’s always a long line and the wait is always 45-60 mins. I feel that more employees should be called to the front. Checking in shouldn’t take that long

Close to Universal, walkable but also had plenty of transportation options. Property was clean and stay was friendly.
