Rude staff. We walked out and went to another hotel. Unfortunately we will be charged for the booking anyway.

Super accommodating staff. Extreme budget hotel. No frills at all. But will do in a single night transitioning with travel. No late check in though. Must check in at the full Ibis.

It is an ibis budget. But the room was hot and when you open the window it was super loud. All clean and good otherwise

Only one night but a lovely stay. Warm welcome and a convenient location for the station.

Quite expensive for what it is. Small place with little silverfishes everywhere and without any extras. Only had a small towel available.

The room felt like a refurbished hospital room or penitentiary. There were a few broken or impractical bits. Late checkout wasn’t possible because it was fully booked and luggage storage was 2 euros cash only. Not the ideal last impression

The staff was not a welcoming person that's why not good hospitality

The hotel is located at the periphery of Hamburg BH , with fair amount of homeless population. Returning from the Station, to alleviate anyvsafety concerns, one must choose to walk along the main roads, rather than the smaller roads directly to the Ibis Hotels.

We enjoyed our stay there

Zimmer war super. Sehr freundliches Personal. Aktuell werden Bauarbeiten durchgeführt, weshalb es über Tag recht laut war. Leider kann man die Klimaanlage nur um 1-2 Grad verändern und der Rest wird zentral geregelt, weshalb es recht warm war.

Alles ok, von der Baustelle im Gebäude habe ich nichts mitbekommen
