Good clean quiet comfortable room within a few minutes walk of central station and the Hafencity area to the waterfront. I did not eat at the hotel but there is vending of hot/ cold drinks and food selections.

Rude staff. We walked out and went to another hotel. Unfortunately we will be charged for the booking anyway.

Only one night but a lovely stay. Warm welcome and a convenient location for the station.

Quite expensive for what it is. Small place with little silverfishes everywhere and without any extras. Only had a small towel available.

The room felt like a refurbished hospital room or penitentiary. There were a few broken or impractical bits. Late checkout wasn’t possible because it was fully booked and luggage storage was 2 euros cash only. Not the ideal last impression

The hotel is located at the periphery of Hamburg BH , with fair amount of homeless population. Returning from the Station, to alleviate anyvsafety concerns, one must choose to walk along the main roads, rather than the smaller roads directly to the Ibis Hotels.

We enjoyed our stay there

Das Frühstück war etwas karg und recht einfach, es gab kein Rührei Es gab aber genug freie Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage für 19€ pro Tag und das auch bei einer Einfahrtshöhe von 2,05m, also auch für kleinere Transporter wie den Vito geeignet.

O quarto estava limpo, porém quando tomamos banho houve um grande vazamento de água que não foi resolvido. Estive neste hotel em 2019 coloquei na avaliação e ainda ocorre o mesmo agoraxem 2926.Reclamei com a recepção falando do risco de queda e pedi para consertarem e colocar um pano para enxugarmos, porém não foi feito nenhuma coisa nem outra. Tive que colocar as toalhas que usamos para nos enxugar para barrar a água. Falta também no quarto mais prateleiras para acomodarmos o que usamos. O café da manhã é muito bom, nada a reclamar. Solicitei ao pessoal da recepção taxi para 5 horas da manhã por causa de nosso vôo e fui atendida. Acredito que o problema seja estrutural do Ibis e não da equipe de funcionários. A localização do hotel também é boa, perto da estação central de trem e fácil de se locomover por tudo. Este foi o motivo de termos escolhido o hotel.
