The hotel is located right in the city center, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, which is very convenient. However, I was quite disappointed with the room. I specifically requested a queen bed, but I was given a twin-bed studio instead. I had also mentioned in the request section that I preferred a room with a window, but unfortunately, my request was not fulfilled. The breakfast was provided in a packed meal, and the fried rice tasted quite average.

The only problem I had was with the bed. I requested a king-size bed, but it turned out to be two twin beds pushed together. Because of that, the seam in the middle of the bed was uncomfortable and not very soft. However, it might have been because they ran out of rooms with king-size beds, since I stayed there during the power blackout incident. Other than that, I had no issues during my stay. I really liked the ambiance of this hotel, it was very calm and peaceful even though it is located close to the main road.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the security guard is also friendly. But when I stayed, I got a room with a leaking AC (when I first arrived the AC was cold. But after a while it was not cold), the AC was noisy! It was very disturbing when sleeping. The shower hose was leaking, the sink water was not closed tightly, there was no cloth to separate the shower and toilet area, the exhaust fan was very dusty (so when I took a shower black dust fell on the towel) there was no bath soap, dirty pillowcases & bed covers, only one power outlet and it was shaking Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures of everything. It was quite a bad experience and I will not repeat staying there. That's all

This is my second time staying here. Overall, the experience was great, but not with my check-in experience. For the second time, I had to wait for my room to be prepared before I can check in, even when I come a bit later than the appointed check-in time. I think if you don't want to wait, you should call them and tell them to have your room ready when you arrive at the hotel, so you don't have to wait.

Not recommended at all, the mystical aura is really strong, man.
