We had a great cleaning staff, the check in service was great, and I love that they help interns from Colegio EPI gain experience. Our 9th visit to Eagle Aruba but not our last!

Room smelled like mildew... had to move to new room. Both rooms were outdated.

The room had bad smell waited hours down stairs at front desk to get issues resolved after 10 hours of traveling and after paying almost $1,700 for the 3 night stay issue was never was resolved had to keep the room because of the major events going on there were no other hotels available in the area then the hotel offered another room that room smelled the exact same then the cleaning staff supervisor came to the room and agreed it had bad smell and brought in a humidifier that eventually stopped working and now the hotel refused to give any sort of refund not even partial this was real waste of money but thanks to hotels.com they offered at least something for our troubles

Not. Consistent in bringing towels. Cinstrabtly must remind to. remind to bring washing towels kitchen towels and washing soap. Washing soap. Is not good quality.

Excellent. Was assigned to the wrong room category but they cordially corrected the oversight with apologies and voucher lunch for two days. Will look forward to returning.

There were so many problems with the room and the front desk staff did not seem to care at all. The rooms are DIRTY. I had to ask multiple times for the floors to be mopped. My kids feet were black after walking around the room barefoot. I had to wash there feet every night before getting into bed. Housekeeping left 1 wash cloth for a family of 4. The first night housekeeping left 1 wet used wash cloth in the bathroom hung up for us to use. I had to call every day for towels and wash clothes. The sliding glass mirror doors came off the runners every time I had to open the doors. The balcony door rotted off the wooden hinges and almost fell on my son’s feet. Took maintenance two days to fix it. The A/C in the room was beyond loud. Every time it turned on it sounded like an airplane was flying by right over us. For the amount of money they charge to stay here it’s not worth it at all. I would never stay here again.

Stuff was horrible. One restaurant we tried was disgusting and poor service. We were there one night only and didn't try pool or anything else- the unit was full and not very clean.

They were understaffed at check in, not very polite, the restaurant food was not good and the room left a lot to be desired. Not sure where the 9/10 ratings came from.

The resort was very clean and the rooms are a nice size. The kitchenette has everything you need to prepare a small meal. The people are the best part. They have a great team there. We had an excellent stay and hope we can return in the future.

Always a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Clean rooms that are very spacious. Close to beach.

Hotel was very outdated. Room smelled very strong of mildew. Glad I was only there for 1 night due to a cancelled flight.

When we arrived there was an overwhelming amount of people in the lobby angry that was no hot water and not getting any answers which made it a long time to check in and in the process they lost our reservation, the room was clean but the bed was old and very uncomfortable, the front desk told us check out was at 11:00 but our reservation was until noon and now it’s two weeks later and we are still waiting on our deposit back
