I enjoyed it for the most part but our AC barely worked, No hot water and most dinners did not sit well. I could only trust to eat vegetables and fruit.

the rooms was dirty infested with mosquito and saw a big cockroach. Also how can they fumigate the peopwety during the mid afternoon when guess are coming. the food and the beach was the best part. would never recommend this resort

This property is absolutely great if you want to have a peaceful vacation, the ambience and cleanliness was great, the beach is cristal clear water, this is absolutely amazing. The only issue we had was with one of the lobby attendant that was super rude named karla. Other than that we had a exceptional experience with all the staff; including the girl in the spa (yolanda); she did a magnific work, I recommend her massage 200%. This property is really accessible if you rent a vehicle is really easy to access and park (self parking). I recommend this property for a peaceful experience and stress relief therapy.

The Property is Antiquated, very very old. The furniture in the room was very old. The Beach was Beautiful and the Food was Good. If not for that I would have left . Property is just very old. WiFi slow and Mosquitoes were having Thanksgiving Dinner on us. I wouldn’t Recommend unless you like old Buildings with old tiny Bathrooms and a million Mosquito Bites.

The budget rooms are very basic and small but clean and comfortable

I enjoyed my stay at Jolly Beach. The rooms are outdated but it was comfortable for the couple days I was there. I loved that the beach was close to the resort and accessible. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

The rooms can do with a bit of a refresher. Pretty basic. But the food the drinks and the staff were amazing‼️‼️‼️‼️

Very nice staff but too much deferred maintenance for me to feel comfortable there. This was once a lovely place and it needs a full remodel. Room was very small and old.

Although the rain did put a damper on a few days, the resort was fun

Great property need room improvements and better food.

The food and staff were Great. The condition of the room was not. AC leaked water and wet up my phone, the floor, the side table and pullows. Water pressure was very low causing a delay of flushung the toilet. Fixtures were old and rusty. Power was lost several times. Upgrade of the rooms are needed.

we stayed for 8 nights, they did not clean the room once the bathroom was outdated and full of mold dirty place and the bathroom had no space We DO Not recommend this place to travelers

Everyone was welcoming except the person that checked me in at the front desk. She needs some more customer service training. I especially loved the way the manager at the front desk handled my issue. I also must commend one of the other managers Clinton, both managers were very welcoming and easy to work with. The property do need some renovation. Perks- it’s right on the beach. The food was not always freshly cooked, it gave me a heart burn everyday, needs to be improved. Food was delicious when it was fresh.

I chose Antigua over Curaçao for my vacation based on a great past experience at Jolly Harbour Villas, but sadly, this stay was disappointing. While check-in started off well thanks to one kind staff member, the rest of the front desk team was consistently unhelpful and unfriendly. Our A/C unit broke down on Thursday night—it was loud, leaking, and unusable. Though a technician came, he never returned as promised, leaving us to spend the night with just a ceiling fan and mosquitoes. Despite speaking with the property manager the next morning (who did seem concerned), the staff offered no clear answers or solutions. We were finally told the unit was fixed, but it still didn’t work. Only on Saturday evening—right before checkout—were we offered a room change, which was far too late. For the amount spent, this experience fell far below expectations. I’ve visited several Caribbean islands and never had service this poor. I wouldn’t stay at Jolly Beach again, though I must say the restaurant staff were excellent. I truly wish I had booked another hotel.

The food n drinks were good. The room wasnt what i booked like on the pictures. Plus my room was dirty. Sheets had to be changed and there were cobwebs over the bathroom sink. The beds were old so a lot of wear n tear all over.

Place is in disrepair and no management present. Was not welcomed it’s a smile at all every staff me never aside from 2 was rude and acted inconvenienced when asked any questions. Room was filthy and dated also had mosquitos and roaches. Bathroom was not clean and no housekeeping offered. No electrical outlet in the bathroom forced to use a blow dryer meant for mounting on wall in hand. Had to hold unit up since it was not attached to anything. The food was hit or miss and they offered nothing in between meal times it’s not inclusive it’s “meals included” The facility was open to the public for Mother’s Day brunch they obtained a day pass and used the pool and the food courts and bars caused resort guests to not be able to enjoy or access what they paid a lot for. Store on site has nothing and also closed at 5pm. There was never anyone around to put music on aside from the pool. Towel center closes early can’t return or exchange easily. Music should be everywhere hire an activities director and do things at night. Bartenders were not even personable. Every guest agrees they wouldn’t go back. Only nice part was the beach which is not anything the hotel could improve or control. And the cat who also looked like she was disgusted with the place! Should have offered resort guests alternative since day passes took up the entire facilites

The beach was our saving grace. Its gorgeous. SOME staff were amazing, most were unfriendly. There were roaches in my outdated dirty room. No room service and they claim ots not all inclusive but in fact is "3 meals a day" I personally would not return

Good value for money. The beach was perfect, very calm with crystal clear water. Rooms were outdated, but clean and bed was comfy. Overall happy with my stay
