I am a solo traveler and I felt safe. Rooms were clean. I wish we could take food from buffet to our rooms ( even if there were an extra fee). I wish there were microwaves in the rooms.

A 3 star hotel for sure! Good entertainment but the food is okay as it is only a buffet unless you get to one of the restaurants reservations. You can only order one entree and overall property is old. Not worth the money t!

Great resort truly enjoyed my birthday with my friends and family

Most of the food was not good at the resort, especially the Caribbean cuisine. The customer service was extremely poor and poor a damper on the conclusion of our trip. Most of the workers lack empathy and get irritated if you ask them a simple question. My friend got stung by a wasp and had an allergic reaction; the male manager did not care and we had to yell at him just to call the on site nurse. The beach shore line is also filthy and has not been maintained in years. I won’t be back to any RIU any time soon.

Staff was great . And gabby at the bar was the best. But the food was nasty and the rooms has bed bugs and roachs

Checking in and checking out were both problematic. When I arrived, the property was beautiful. But, waiting to get my key card took too long. When I tried to checkout I had to walk back to building 4000 to get the beach towel. The towel counter was closed so I didn’t have the card. Had I been informed it could have save a lot of time. Overall beautiful property!!! Good service!!! Excellent view!!!
