overall great experience ! The front desk people were always very helpful . Jonathan who responded to my email questions promptly was wonderful and one of the reasons I decided to come . Priscilla who came around the pool to chat was great. Housekeeping could not have been better . Pool bar tenders were great . Half price happy hour was fantastic. Good very good except for tacos which were in some garlicky ranch . One issue which all hotels are challenged is chairs by beach area. Always brings the worst out in people and no exception here. People come super early to stake out palapas. the vendor next to us was given one of the hotels palapa no idea why but that’s one in 6. zits a small area I get it but perhaps more umbrellas can be placed. Or maybe hand out some daily umbrellas with safe anchors because if the wind. It was very frustrating daily . If that could be solved so would give a 10 out of ten. The kit getter was great but perhaps a hot plate could be given to cook vs just microwave,

The Tryp Hotel is in a perfect location; close to the beach (approximately a 3 min walk) and close to many restaurants and nightlife. The staff were extremely welcoming and always willing to help. The room was spacious and clean. The pool was always warm and the swim up bar was a plus. The whole stay was fantastic!!!

Very clean, comfortable room and a fantastic pool with a swim-up bar. The staff were great. One of the only suggestions would be to let customers know that gratuity is automatically added when charging items at the pool bar to your room -- unless you want to give a larger tip.

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. The pool was clean and quiet. The staff was always friendly and kind. They always were ready to help with anything.

The poolside was the highlight of our stay. We actually liked the poolside more than the beach, which might sound cliché, but it offered better drinks and food options.

The pool was fabulous I want to shout out to Percilla- she is the absolute pest 5 starts for her, the girl at the beach, awesome she was very accommodating “Lefty” /Elliot —he best . All of your staff there was very nice- no complaints at all.

This property is in the heart of it all! And the Staff is Amazing! This place is literally walking distance to EVERYTHING! The pool is clean and a decent size. You can order drinks and food at the pool or BYOB… NO GLASS! We had an amazing time and highly recommend this hotel

It was our first time to Aruba and it did not disappoint. We enjoyed our stay at TRYP! The staff were kind, attentive and helpful. Ramphes Kelley was always there with a smile, a suggestion or great advice about the island. Really all of the staff members made the hotel feel like home away from home. Ashanty, Jonathan, Pricillia, Lee, Lina, Xerxes, Sebastian, and many other who's names I just cannot recall. The rooms were well taken care of, the beds were very comfortable, and the hotel felt safe. A very short walk to the beach (or you could take the shuttle) and right next door to great restaurants, the location was perfect! Will definitely return one day! Thank you all for a wonderful visit!

Definitely enjoy that its adults only. Also, the staff are great always helpful. Our rooms are clean and even had to change our stay by a day due the bad weather and they accommodated immediately
