Far from downtown but a clean hotel with good staff care

Everything was exceptional but I was hoping to stay longer than 5 days.

Nothing stood out in particular I liked it but nothing special.

The area is a bit questionable but it’s close to downtown. Rooms are OK and the breakfast was simple but fresh. Overall OK for the price.

The Toledo hotel was wonderful. The front desk staff were so nice and helpful. We were able to book all of our sightseeing trips through them. The hotel was clean, had a beautiful interior, great breakfast, and was quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Decent enough hotel that's mostly clean but a little tired requiring some investment. Customer service was great, but my main gripe was with the air-conditioning in the room which didn't seem to cool the room when blasting at the max. Think the plumbing needs fixing in the bathrooms too as shower and sink seems to release odours from the sewage. Breakfast buffet is great and recommended. Location is in a quiet and safe area but also walking distance to some shops and local businesses.
