Door to Door excursions. Although the pool is beautiful, I'm not a pool person. I love the Hotel and felt very safe and comfortable. The staff are professional and friendly. Excellent menu options. Delicious!

Excellent place to stay. Good value for price. I was surprised that they didn't have a free airport shuttle, but they arranged a safe trip in a Uber for $6.

Great place to Stay.!

The beauty of that surrounds the hotel its memorable. And it's also closed to el centro or downtown city.

There are shops and sightseeing nearby, and it's close to public transportation. However, the location is not great after dark. Staff were friendly and helpful, and were patient with my weak Spanish.

The pool is lovely if you love cold water. You have to make sure you put correct number of people or they question you.

If you want something that is not Hilton or other big name hotel brands. This beautiful piece of property is for you. Loved every minute

I liked it , it has a tropical vibe to it that you dont find in other chain hotels for considerable more money, breakfast used to be amazing, now its good,good section of baked goods, cold cuts, cheeses, but some items could improve their quality, some of their staff could be more acomodating speacilly me being alone with a child, and keep their voice down at the dining areas, pool is not warm, but most of the time you dont need it to be, overall a great experience food and all.

The staff were all super Friendly and super helpful The breakfast in the morning was good The rooms were clean, beds not super comfortable Great views Around a lot of things to see and do

A very comfortable hotel in a very central, convenient location. The bedroom was spacious and impeccably clean with big comfortable beds. Our room faced the main road so we got some traffic noise but not enough to impact on our enjoyment of our stay. The food in the restaurant, both breakfast and evening meals, was surprisingly good at a very reasonable price. The pool was pleasant to sit by but remarkably cold…and I’m used to swimming in the English Channel!!! Without exception the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional in their tasks. I would most definitely stay here again if I come back to Guayaquil.

Key card died 4 times on me

The best hotel we've stayed in so far during our vacation in Panama. The room was large. The bathroom was a little cramped. The air conditioner was pretty loud. The pool and other amenities, like the steam room and activities area were great. We are at the restaurant three times and all were enjoyable. The best part were the staff. They were all very polite and engaging.
