Contraté un plan de seguro para mi estadía por razones de salud no pude hospedarme y la póliza no funciona no tengo cobertura ni hay con quien comunicarse La app es confusa sólo sirve para cobrar no para que el usuario reclame

Excelente localización, con un puente que conecta al Mall del Sol, el cual tiene de todo, incluyendo supermercado, y farmacia. Cerca del aeropuerto, personal muy profesional, muy buena área de piscina, gimnasio, y muy buena comida en sus restaurantes. En algo que podrían mejorar es el ruido en los pasillos por las puertas. Deberían instalar unos frenos para que la puertas al cerrarse no suenen tanto, en repetidas ocasiones me desperté por gente cerrando puertas, las cuales se escuchan muy fuerte dentro de la habitación.

Shuttle to the airport was wonderful, they go the extra mile to get you at the airport. They had a person waiting for us with our name. Service was fabulous, beds were super comfortable. Everything was excellent!

Everyone knew my by name, the breakfast buffet and restaurant meals were great, and customer service outstanding. Barbara and Jessica are the best waitresses!!! And there's a bridge to the mall across the street.

Tuve una gran decepción. cuando elegí la habitación al reervar tenían la opción de Habitación en Piso Superior con acceso a Sheraton Club, lo quería para reuniones y tenia un valor considerable por nochemas alto que en pisos bajos. Por este tipo de habitacion cobran un valor adicional ya que es en piso alto por lo general hay unas salas especiales con bebidas soft y snacks, además de la vista. Al llegar y hacer el check in me querían dar una habitación en el piso 2 porque estaban haciendo una remodelacion en el piso 8 y todo esos pisos estaban cerrados. Me querian dar en el piso 2 dizque por el ruido. Me quejé y me dieron una en el piso 7, que igual era una categoria ligeramente inferior. Me parece una falta de respeto y una falta grave que el hotel cobre un valor alto por un tipo de habitación en piso alto Expedia sabiendo que tiene las tienen temporalmente no habilitadas y no ofrezcan una compensación y sin mas lo manden a uno a un tipo de habitación por la cual cobran menos. Habia acceso a un dizque Happy Hour bien pobre en el lobby de 6 a 9 pm y encima sin poder llevar un invitado. Un total desastre.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The staff was excellent and the property is well-maintained and optimally located across from an upscale shopping mall (Mall de Sol) which is connected by a foot bridge, across from the Omni Hospital (but it was not noisy) and a few minutes from the airport. Rooms had very comfortable beds and wonderful bathroom and shower (great pressure and hot water). Loved the pool, gym, and sauna. The breakfast was excellent and worth the extra fee - got to try a variety of deliciously prepared Ecuadorian food (especially the Sopa Encebollado, tigrillo, chicken stew, ceviche, yuca patties). We received the kind of attentive service from Pamela and Renee in the restaurant and Joshua in airport transport/arrivals that you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Would highly recommend the Sheraton Hotel in Guayaquil!

Excellent service at Sheraton, really friendly and knowledgeable staff, the airport shuttle service definitely is a helpful service too. Breakfast is pretty complete and delicious! Thanks for an awesome and complete service.

Wonderful. Clean. breakfast was fantastic. Close to the mall and airport. Only thing is shuttle is every hour and you have to schedule it, so we had to take uber to get there ($5) and then we scheduled free one for next flight.

Everything was amazing! The road beside the hotel is very busy (noisy for those who are sensitive) but there is a bridge crossing to a large mall across the street. Great location
