From the moment we arrived, everything about our experience at this hotel was first-class. The service was warm, professional, and attentive without being intrusive. Terrou-Bi is one of my favorite stays, and I have traveled to more than 30 countries. The staff here was AMAZING! The food was terrific. Everything was easy and peaceful.

The hotel property was really nice, but the room we received was not the cleanest. The shower looked dingy and there was old false eyelashes under a glass that was in the bathroom that was a major indicator that whomever cleaned the bathroom didn’t even bother to replace the glass with a clean one. They next day the room was cleaned the lashes were still there! The construction outside our room was a disaster! Was awoken by loud drilling noises in the morning. It was supposed to be a relaxing trip and just did not feel that way at all. We will definitely not be staying at this hotel in the future. 😡

Generally a good hotel (better value for money than competition in Dakar), staff were friendly and the facilities were great. The rooms were nice and big, though mine smelled of some chemical all the time.

The customer service was great , and the room are spacious with great sea view as described.

The reception to give me the late checkout until 6pm, despite I’m gold Accor and I changed to come here and I have tithe possibility to get late check out in Accor. So it will be my last time here.

The hotel stay was very comfortable. The only negative was the food at the onsite la terrace restaurant. It was very salty both times we ate there, service was very slow and there was extreme number of flies and insects.
