The room smell musty old carpet dirty no towel

We asked about the airport shuttle and never got a response. Had to get a taxi. Checked in and told we have to pay for an extra child even though I had the room paid for. Paid for king size bed, instead got 3 single beds. Room was very dirty and not clean. Breakfast was awful- had to ask for bowls and then had to ask for spoons. No milk. Then took us 25 minutes to speak to somebody about the airport shuttle. When finally somebody spoke to me he tried to say I need to pay for a taxi. Eventually got the airport shuttle, 45 minutes after leaving our room. Only for we arrived at 3am and were exhausted, we would have left and went into Amman.

The Amman Airport hotel is your below par airport hotel. AC wasn't working, the pillows were uncomfortable and breaking buffet was poor. The free transfer doesn't operate as it is advertised, we had to book a taxi as we was arriving late and could not get any confirmation of a pick up

My room was changes 2 times. 1st room had mold smell, 2nd room the AC wasn't working, 3rd room was okay, but bathroom wasn't clean, only 1 thin sheet for the mattress that kept falling off cause it's old. They gave me 1 big towel and that was it. The hotel needs big time renovation and deep cleaning. This hotel isn't worth the $$$

It would be nice to have 2 towels but it was good to be close to the airport

The room can use some rehabilitation. I was surprised that towels were not present in the room, as I was not informed how to get them. I am extremely appreciative of the staff support when I forgot a piece of clothes in the room after checking out and heading to the airport. They delivered the piece to me in the airport with the following shuttle trip.

This is a lousy rundown hotel near the airport.

I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. It looks nice online and it is pricey, but it was extremely dirty. My room reeked of smoke and had cigarette ash piled in various places across the carpet. When I asked for a new room and showed them the cigarette ash they did not apologize. The restaurant was also dirty and was a large windowless room. Tables covered in food scraps and the floor looked as if hadn’t been cleaned in days.

Customer service is not good

The check in was fast. But its an expensice hotel consodering the rooms are average at best. The quality of the rooms was average at best, our room didnt have enough towels and ghe air conditioner didnt work well at all. We stayed at this hotel because it was the most convenient for an arrival at midnight.

The customer service was terrible. Was left at the airport waiting for over 3 hours for the hotel shuttle. Hotel kept telling me they will come in 5 minutes but no one was coming. After a long flight I just wanted to check into my room before my next flight. Hotel never replied to any of my emails or calls when I wanted to let them know ahead of time of my date and time of arrival. Unprofessional and unorganized!! Hotel was run down and can use a lot of work. Not happy with my experience at all!!

Convenient to airport, but a dive with terrible service. Staff was surly, couldn't be bothered with helping. Only one towel in room when we arrived. Many items on the menu in the one cafe that was open they did not have. Came back late after a long day and our room had not been made up. Had to ask twice for a roll of tp to be sent up. Kids running up and down the hall at 3am. Got a call at 2am with no answer, then 20 minutes later a knock at the door advising me my uber was there that I didn’t order. Ordered a cheeseburger, got a hamburger no cheese. Gouged you on everything. $4 for a 6oz pop. Most of the staff didn’t speak English. Never had any change in the till. Had to run off to find change and then expected that giving you back less was ok. Room and bath were not clean. If you don’t have to, don’t stay here.

Very poorly kept and old hotel

We arrived exhausted at 8:45 pm to check into our room for a few hours before boarding a 3:30 am flight at the airport and our room was not yet ready. We waited a half hour to get a room with front desk service nealry non-existant and indifferent.

I did not believe the reviews, could it imagine how dirty it is, but they were correct, the dirtiest hotel I have ever been to.
