Beautiful and relaxing stay. The resort is big with multiple pools, restaurants and amenities. The beach of the property is long. The staff is very kind and helpful. Mr. Yassin from reception helped us a lot. Check in was fast. During our stay the hot water suddenly stopped. We call the reception they sent someone to fix it and they upgrade us the next night. The doors of the rooms and balcony need some renovation. Otherwise the stay was amazing and refreshing. I recommend it

While this is an older resort it is very well maintained and updated. While multigenerational, it was calm and quiet. Some babies but almost no young kids which made the place calm.

While the resort is amazing and the service excellent, the resort is very expensive. Adice: Book all your dinner restaurants before you get there. Otherwise, you will get there and find out no reservations available for your whole trip in the restaurants and then have to go to the buffet and pay at least $56 + drinks per person. The restaurants are also quite expensive. So, advise you to look for options outside the resort though a bit limited sometimes if you don't have a car.

All staff members were so kind and helpful making for a delightful experience. The resort is just beautiful with everything you could want for a wonderful beach side stay.

Brilliant Villa and facilities. Our Butler Master Mustapha made the stay particularly welcoming.

Our stay at Constance Belle Mare Plage was very enjoyable. The hotel infrastructure in itself is a delight and the overall standards very high in every corner of the resort.

Love the food served every day at the buffet! Although the first day when we checked in the room had some mosquitoes, after we changed the room everything was perfect! We were very closed to the pool and clean towel basket, and restaurant is not far only 5min walk, the spa even closer:) WE LOVE THE SPA SO MUCH! The massage, staff, facilities and the environment are amazing! Love the jacuzzi and outdoor sunbathing bed and shower area. We also had the lunch at Lakaze, enjoyed the seafood grill and the service, would love to eat dinner there next time! Stayed at Ephelia, and I’m not regretting stay with Constance again this time! It’s an incredible stay for family trip:)

We were expecting a pick up from the airport to a destination which no one came to pick us up. We had a terrible experience in the restaurant where the workers had completely disregarded us and finally took our order which took them ages to be processed. It took them 40 minutes to bring a drink and just over an hour to bring the food after constant reminders keeping in mind that the restaurant wasn’t even busy. The next day we were told to reattend the restaurant and the service was much better. We were told that we could have the drinks on the house which wasn’t even the case but that’s besides the point. When we were leaving the hotel we were told that we had to pay a check out fee because we supposedly had the snacks in the mini fridge and they insisted that we had them eventhough the drawers were empty when we checked in to begin with. The hotel was amazing but the service definitely needed improvement.

Exceptional service , golf is fantastic and food and drink quality very high

This is a very well run resort with friendly helpful staff, great food and luxurious surroundings including a white sand beach and several pools. There are plenty of activities like watersports, golf, tennis and paddel and a stylish cocktail bar with a variety of live cover bands performing every evening. Food and drink is expensive so the all inclusive option is a good one.

It’s a Super windy part of Mauritius - if you are prone to allergies - don’t even waste your time. The people at the resort are lovely - the rooms are ok - nothing great !! The dining options are great but super pricey, but i guess that’s across all the resorts .
