The staff is very helpfull and smiling all the time, the pool is amazing.. the view frok the room is very nice ..and the asian restaurant serves great food

The room was clean and the hotel was very comfortable. The only annoying thing was the ever present odour of cigarette smoke in the lobby

This was the worst experience we’ve ever had :( Our room cards suddenly stopped working at 11am when we were rushing to get ready and check out. So we were locked out and it made us late to our next appointment and added so much unnecessary stress to our day. Dirtiest couch I’ve seen in the lounge. The front desk staff was completely incompetent and unprofessional, except for 2 individuals that knew their job and understood hospitality. They mismanaged our booking, took them 20 minutes to find my parents’ booking because they arrived a day later than their reservation arrival date. I had talked to 2 staff members about their later arrival the day before to make sure their check-in would go smoothly after their long travel. But they just don’t know how to do their job and they almost made my parents pay again!! The room was accidentally booked for 1 person, so it only had 1 breakfast. I paid for the extra breakfast for my parents during their check-in because we learned from another staff member that it is significantly cheaper to pay at check-in. The staff member that checked my parents in had no clue about this, had to go talk to other staff, and kept no record of my payment. The next day when my parents were checking out, the staff tried to charge them again for that breakfast that I paid for the day before. We were in a rush and had to catch our ride to the next destination so this made our checkout so frustrating and absolutely ruined our day.

The view from the room is unbelievable

Very disappointing service and amenities. Hotel looks nice on pics but its outdated. They sell day passes to the pool on weekends so it gets packed and hotel guests dont get chairs/umbrellas. Elevator access is very inconvenient. Security is lacking. The bar is terrible

Spa and restaurants were nice but the room was pretty rough, Bluetooth speaker didn’t work, coffee pods but no maker (hotel said they’d check and bring one up but didn’t) no minibar, loud at night and curtains didn’t quite cover the windows so it’s not dark. My window was cracked. Apparently it’s the overpriced place for UN staff to stay because they don’t care about the price. So many better options.

Disappointed outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace closed. Did not know this at time of booking….

Great location in Tbilisi city centre, 30 mins walk from this hotel gets you to a lot of tourist attractions and the cable car to Mtatsminda fun park on the hill overlooking the city. Hotel has some great options for eating Asian and Italian in house and is very close to some great Georgian restaurants.

All good until we wanted to try out the bar on the 18 floor - we ordered 4 different drinks and just enjoyed our self with a card game - we was totally alone in the bar except 3 staff members. We were told, that we had to leave if we played cards, because it was strictly forbidden in the bar - very rude and specially because we were the only people in the whole bar…. Very bad experience
