We loved every moment of our stay at Congress Hotel! The staff are always so friendly and helpful, the rooms spotless, and the pool creates the perfect relaxing vibe. It’s easy to see why we keep coming back.

Always the best place to stay in Yerevan, expecially in summer.

Location is perfect, steak restaurant , not the best and slow service . a bit noisy in the evening.

I booked this Hotel for my parents and overall they were happy with this property although they said the room was a bit small

The location is excellent. The breakfast is good. The rooms were dated. The interior design is tasteless. The bathrooms were small and in need of renovation. The lobby is not cosy. I had to wait 20 minutes to be checked in because in the evenings, one person mans the reception. Overall, I did not like my experience. I do not believe this hotel deserves a four-star rating. In my view, this is a three-star hotel. I stayed in Hilton and Tufenkian hotels and both were superior.
