Tengo que decir que todo área del Hotel servicio, la gerencia tan servicial y amable fue excelente. Piscinas de la primera categoría agua super limpio y el jardín como un paraíso tropical! Gracias y regresaré muy pronto.

Very convenient near the airport. I liked the rustic style. Pool was very clean. I also enjoyed the food. It was convenient to not have to leave the place. And it was cooked on demand. So it was fresh and very tasty. Staff was very friendly

Best soap I have ever had at a hotel. Plentiful shampoo & conditioner. Breakfast is decent, room furnishings are a little old. Great staff, convenient location.

Property needs lot$ of love, rooms are in pretty bad shape, old furniture, bath and showers are old and horrible/ Bed mattress is similar/equivalent to cement, no cushion at all. The restaurant/bar needs to be revamped as well, it needs a menu vs the buffet, which is always the same for breakfast and dinner. The bar have very limited offerings, no cocktails menu and if the bottle of what you're drinking empties you either switch drink or go somewhere else as they have no replenishments. Bottom line, will not recommend even to my worst enemy.

I liked the room I had, but it was across the street and the shower did not have a curtain on it.

Absolutely love this hotel. I have stayed here twice. Once when I first arrived here in Paraguay and after three months living here I stayed here before my flight. I needed to get my COVID test early morning after a long bus ride and they allowed me to check in early. I also had a late flight the next day and they allowed me to check out late. Great service and very friendly and patient towards non-spanish speaking travelers.

It felt like an all included at very little cost. Thanks!

Mattresses are kind of flat. We love the pool and hot shower but the only thing missing is to have better mattresses.

Friendly staff, variety of food selections, size of rooms were all a plus. Poor air-conditioning and difficult to control water temperature in shower could be better.

Needs a renewal. It got stuck in the past. Everything is old. Air conditioning units super old and hardly work.

Food was delishious.. Service was good.. Pool was nice.. Air conditioning wasn't working very well in our room so it got very hot during the night and people were quite loud early in the morning right in front of our room, so we didnt have a good sleep while there.. Next time i book, I will ask for a room further away from the main lobby and/or on the 2nd floor.
