Older property, needs some renovations but overall good stay. I would stay here again

The property is adequate. I arrived at 1pm after a red eye and my daughter and I were exhausted and didn’t get a room until 5pm, an hour after check in. We were told by the housekeeper that she “got in late.” You’re paying for a kitchen but we didn’t need that. Poole are average. The walk to Coki beach is really gross and covered with trash. And the walk to margaritaville for dinner has been devastated by the constant inflow of Seagrass. It smells and you need to step through a really dirty stream. But the staff was generally nice. The room itself was large if a bit dated.

Great views and accomodations for our trip. Property was nice and for what we needed conviniently located.

My Stay was wonderful staff was great besides when I had to wait for clean linen other than that great service and staff

Property was misrepresented. In the end, they moved us to a better representation

It was a lovely stay! Some rooms could definitely use some renovation but again it’s in the island lol! The beautiful surroundings and views are worth it. The three pools are to die for and restaurants in the resort are really good too!!!

Beautiful condos/villas. So many hills, beware of mosquitos you cant see. Spray yourself each day, they will bite. Nice pool, so close to the beach. Willy was such a nice and helpful man. The front desk you call them and they pick you from room to take you around the resort. Margaritaville restaurant is the spot to be. The resort has a nice bar/restaurant downstairs. Go to store and shop for water and snacks as the resorts lobby closes at 5pm. It would be nice if they would give complimentary water for the guest.

The view from the porch was spectacular. They food at Ocean 180 was delicious. Highly recommend!

All the staff were extremely friendly upon arrival and whenever they saw us! Our room was exactly as pictured and clean! We had a wonderful view of the waters and it was very relaxing!

The property is beautiful. It’s a bit of a hike from where your car is parked to where you are staying. They offer shuttle services around the resort, but we never used them because we were too busy exploring the island. Everyone was friendly, the restaurant is good and the condo was very nice. I would stay there again. In a good location also.

The views were breath taking, the staff was lovely, restaurants on property were 10/10, and our room was very spacious. Only minutes from town and amazing beaches. The only thing I wasn’t prepared for was the amount of stairs and walking with staying on the hill top. However, we loved it so much, that we are planning our next stay only six months later.

No activities on the property except 2 pools

I enjoyed my week vacation at Point Pleasant Resort. Staff was friendly. Food and drinks were good. The property was well kept. Have beautiful scenery. I will definitely be visiting and staying at this resort again.

This is by far one of the best resorts I have visited. The entire staff was amazing in every aspect from help with taxi service's & transportation , restaurants, attractions and ways to make our stay most enjoyable in St Thomas

Staff were very friendly had absolutely no issues at all with my stay no bugs no mess hot water and working a/c no one being unruly everyone is super polite and more than willing to help you with anything you need
