Absolutely beautiful resort! So many amenities. Also very conveniently located within walking distance of many activities,shops and restaurants. Highly recommend will be back. Our room was perfect

Lovely property with lots of areas around to find your “spot.” Great service! Room was spacious and always cleaned very well. Beautiful property! Food was average, I’d say, around the resort. Adequate but not excellent. Location is right on gorgeous Grace Bay and within two blocks of a really nice grocery store. Many dining and shopping options right outside the gates. Overall, highly recommend!

We had an amazing time at Seven Stars. Service was outstanding, no issues nor concerns and was an overall excellent experience. It was our third time at Seven Stars and we'll be back.

Seven Stars exceeded our expectations. Stunning views and amazing staff. You can lounge on the beach and mix in some excursions. The breakfast is a highlight as well. Thank you for a memorable time!

I don’t recommend it . I went 10 years ago and wanted to visit again . Nothing has changed since then and promised 10 percent discount for returning customers doesn’t apply apparently . Name is 7 stars it’s not even 5 and honestly 2 and a half

We had an incredible stay at Seven Stars. Our room was beautiful and immaculate. Everyone was very warm and helpful. The pools are lovely and the beach and beach service were amazing every day. Highly recommend! We will be back. Thank you Seven Stars!

I would highly recommend this place.

Be aware! The highest category room-oceanfront with full kitchen, 2 baths, living and dining room-May not be an ocean view! We were placed in a room with a view of thick palm tees, blue plastic tarps, a women’s bathroom and thick shrubbery blocking our entire 3 room balcony view. We had to crane our neck out the view from the dining room to see the ocean. When we inquired they replied “we only guarantee the category”. That was confusing because it was ocean view. We stayed the entire day and night in this room with no compensation-not even a little desert or a note. The next day (now the 2nd day of our stay) took ½ the day trying to change rooms. We left the beach, cleaned up, went to the front desk at the scheduled time to view another room. We waited about 20 minutes and they said it would be ready in another 30 minutes. So we went back to the beach (in our day clothes-not beachware) and waited. They finally came to get us, showed us the room and said we had to pack our bags, leave our room and wait 2 hours to get into the next room with a better view. In the end, we loved the beach and the category of room, but wasted 2 days trying to get settled. In the end after a struggle they comped $100 off of our $1200/night room. Then billed us an additional $108 as a separate fee. Beautiful beach, but never again. Beware!

Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone visiting Grace Bay. Amazing staff, so friendly and attentive. Clean and spacious rooms. Perfect location for beach access with incredible beach side service as well. 10/10 all the way around, absolutely loved it!

Spectacular views from the room. Great junior suite with many amenities. Staff was very attentive and super friendly. For the rare rainy day a airconditioned area with pool table or ping pong setup could be nice. Don’t miss dinner at Seven. Elegant and refined cuisine. The resort is right on the beach; one pool for family fun and a quieter pool for adults only. We plant to visit again!
