Inconvenient parking with few spots that were tiny in width. Terribly slow poolside wait times for simple drinks during periods of no activity. Room not ready for checkin at checkin time. Shorter pool hours than comparable hotels at this price point. Overall a pretty lackluster experience for a hotel that calls itself the best in the city. It really falls short of that target and we are not likely to stay there again. Some of the good bits: The pool is nice and the kid wading area is great. Bathrooms were clean, beds were cozy and AC was great even on the hottest days.

The Hilton Hotel has a really bad mold smell. They need to remove those old rugs and update the floor. The smell of mold is a health hazard. The food was excellent.

Staff was great, but my room smelled as if the carpet was wet. I arrived at 1am, and left by 6am so didn’t really hace time to ask for a change.

Had to enter and exit through garage as all street entrances are under construction. Coffee maker in the room would have been nice with a couple sugars and creamer….

The only problem was at check in. They did not had the room ready and we had to wait for more than 2 hrs.

I had an issue at the front desk checking in. The POS system did not accept the chip. The supervisor was hesitant to use tap technology even after I advised that the swipe would not work due to security measures. I was told to contact my bank and even after doing so the supervisor was hesitant to use tap technology.
