Delightful lobby, breakfast buffet, staff, and rooftop pool, especially. The rest of the property is average at best. If you are staying in the old center of Asunción, the combination seemed right for the price, and area, and I have no regrets about the choice, overall.

Stayed here for 3 nights. I have mix feelings about this hotel. The lobby was nice, had high hopes that the room would be good from what the looby looks like. The room grew on me though. The shower heads needs replacing so badly, very old and lime scale, but it works. The bed was so so comfortable. The bedsheets and towels smell lovely. So well done to the laudry people! The staff were lovely. The breakfast was just ok. Swimming pool is good especially with the very hot weather.

Very friendly staff, very large room and bed. Wonderfull breakfast, I would guess a family owned hotel with attention to details. I wish I stay longer, but had an airbnb booked. Will definitely come back !

Whilst the property is dated this is refelcted in the pricing. This was our second stay and we will do so again in the future.

Hotel is in the rim of down town. Excellent location and good value for money. Hotel staff is friendly and willing to assist. Service is excellent. Overall feels good.

good hotel to go anytime but winter, no heating, and it was very cold outside and freezing inside the room, even with the little heater. Halls were close to the South Pole. Clean room and good location though.

They changed me from my room twice. So much noise, like hammering the ceilings. Had real bad sleep. One of the rooms was not made it had hair on the bed. The gym was not "available", but they fulfilled my requests.

It was a great place to stay. My mom and I traveled to Paraguay to visit my brother in the Peace Corps and book the hotel for the entire 8 days we were there. We only stayed in the hotel for 4nights and used it as a base of operations while we traveled to Argentina and my brother's site for work. Our stuff was never touched and the staff made us feel safe and secure both while there and traveling. Plus they have a great breakfast. I completely recommend this hotel.

I love the hotel, the people were extra nice the food was great, I had my laundry done and they did a great job, the people in the front go out of their way to find what you are looking for etc.etc. I'm going to miss them, they made me feel at home especially when you are so far from home

The hotel is very good for the price. It has many services like a complete breakfast, swimming pool and a very complete (but old) gym.. The staff is very friendly, especially the girl in the evenings. The hotel is quite close to the city centre (walking-distance), and all the rooms are quite huge (they have a living room and a bedroom)...Don´t expect a modern hotel. It is a 3 star hotel, with some facilities of a 4 star hotel.

The hotel is very dated , but for this part of the world it's more a 4star than 3star Excellent breakfast , bacon eggs , South American sasauge, good selection of pasterys, fruit and cereal Couldn't ask for more

This is an old hotel and with some old style atmosphere. Its staff are friendly and polite and work hard to keep it as clean and serviceable as possible. Its restaurants are stylish and its food is good. But it's also run down and in need of refurbishment: the biggest issue is poor insulation against traffic noise, the hotel stands on its own block with traffic lights each end, and cars and buses and trucks are noisy when they are stationery at those lights and they are noisy when they are racing past at speed, and this is 15-20 hours every day.

room is good, but the wifi is weak. No Hotel taxi, a little old but the room is nice.

The service was wonderful. Attentive and prompt. The room was comfortable and the hotel is a 10 minute walk to the center market and plaza. Great value for the price.

This hotel needs painting, decorating, new beds and a lot more to be ready for 2015-2020. Nice friendly staf but more than out-dated. Make the lobby, restaurant more in line with this time. Colours and modernize. Than I will be back.
