Entrance is down an alley, difficult to find. Self-serve laundry was expensive, dryer didn't work. Restaurant in pictures but closed. Company in transition, Hotel.com one name, email different name. Staff semi helpful, semi rude. Hotels.com should screen hotels better. This experience made me question the reliability of Hotels.com. which is a shame because I have used them over 10 years.

Great location, very nice, spacious, clean, modern room. Only room for improvement: needs a better sign to direct you through small alleyway that leads to the hotel.

The room and staff were great for the price, only downside is the wifi went down occasionally and I had to switch to my 5G but I'll still give it 5* because of the receptionist being great.

This is a good value apartment hotel in a fantastic location. Having kitchen facilities and washing machine options makes it suitable if you want more than just a room. My room was fine except an air conditioning unit on a higher floor dripped loudly to the ground every second or two, the drops crashing down all day and night like water torture. I had to keep my window shut all night. The air con kept turning itself off, so this was an issue. The drip from hell needs to be addressed. Apart from that, all was good. But why is the entrance drive so poorly labelled and so scary at night? Surely a few welcoming lights and signs wouldn’t be impossible?

Clean room, friendly and helpful stuff, kitchen utensils supply could be better. Located in the city center, minutes walk to old town with hundreds good restaurants.

Kitchen set-up and shopping options around are pretty good

This apartment hotel is actually located inside an arch door entrance way next to another boutique hotel. Once I found it, everything about the property is as reviewed by other guests: clean, spacious, quiet, comfy bed, nice shower pressure. Good value. I would stay there again.

Great location in the center of town

Great hotel in the city center. Spacious rooms, excellent location, friendly staff, and a kitchenette in the rooms.

Good location, though the hotel is a bit tucked away in the back of a building. The rooms are clean and spacious, which was a plus. However, the bathroom felt outdated, and the carpet in the hallways is old and worn. Overall, it was an okay stay—decent value for the location.

Excellent value for money. Right on the doorstep of Liberty square. Walking distance to quite a few sightseeing, dining and shopping options. Room was itself spacious and clean with a sitting area. Staff were kind and helpful. However, it can be a little tricky to find the hotel as it’s in an hidden alley with no clear signage on the Main Street. I had to call them to get directions and the staff were super helpful in guiding me through. Bathroom seemed like it could use a renovation.

Very hard to find, especially at night. Make a yellow brick road or lighted signs to mark the path to the hotel. Clean the graffiti around the hotel.

Great location, big and convenient rooms

Nice, clean hotel in the center of the city. There is a busstop near by for a bus to the airport. Lots of restaurants, shops in the walking distance

The hotel is centrally located though quiet, nice reception staff, and room size is perfect for a family. The breakfast is ok, lots of choices but not many hot dishes. The beds are not comfortable. The kitchenette is useful and good.

It was my 2nd stay at this property and more to come.

Аn excellent modern aparthotel with beautiful interior design. The front desk staff speaks English and is very hospitable. The only downside is that the carpets and curtains in the corridors need cleaning and treatment with an ozone machine for freshness. There's a lack of signage on the outside, as the hotel entrance is under an archway. The taxi couldn't find the hotel by its address, and I only managed to find the entrance with the help of staff from a neighboring hotel. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all necessary items, and the room has an iron, ironing board, safe, and other essentials for a comfortable stay. I would greatly recommend this property, especially if it's your first visit to the country.

This was a great hotel, and I had a wonderful stay thanks to the staff! The room was so spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would stay here again!
