The kids club is amazing Ms Margaret is so sweet

I can’t say enough about the amazing ladies that worked at the front desk. They made my group feel like family. I didn’t want to leave and a huge thank you to the manager Ms.Kizzie (sp)

Both bars need to be upgraded and expanded and the snorkeling gear doesn’t function well.

The Staff at this Hotel were exceptional and made our stay exceptional! From the front desk, morning coffee at the restaurant, lunch by the beach, the young men setting up our day at the beach and the staff that tended our rooms, all were wonderful and went out of their way to make everything perfect! The beach is lovely! We so enjoyed having a delicious lunch at the restaurant located steps from our beach chairs! Yummy salads and sandwiches and again, lovely staff there!! Can’t thank everyone enough! We can only hope to come back!!

The property is on the smaller side and the location is a bit away from the more populated areas of Grace Bay. This was an added bonus because the resort was quiet and we never felt we had to get up super early to reserve beach chairs. The included breakfast was average but adequate. The food by the beach was outstanding and both the restaurant service and beach service was excellent.

The one bedroom unit we stayed in was beautifully furnished with quality appliances. The oceanfront views were spectacular from the room and from the balcony, which was nicely shaded. The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating, including the housekeeping department. We had a lovely stay and thoroughly enjoyed the full breakfast every morning. Would definitely stay there again!

The staff was WONDERFUL!!!! There was never a delay in service and the staff was extremely polite. This small luxury hotel was exactly what we wanted. Peaceful tranquility ❤️

Our lodging expectations were exceeded. Spacious, clean suite with ocean and pool views. Kitchen with all necessary appliances and as a bonus there was a washer and dryer in suite. All staff members courteous and attentive and provided excellent information regarding off site activities. Resort was very quiet and offered a relaxing atmosphere. Yes we can be repeat guests at the West Bay Club

Great hotel but lacks amenities and nice outdoor dining

Great first impression of the island and the beach. Beach was super clean and way more spacious than nearby resort properties. Beautiful sunsets, too!

This is a very quiet resort and the complimentary breakfast was very good. The grounds were gorgeous. The room was small but very clean.

Room was fairly new and above average in size. Amenities are little. Just one restaurant. Pool is close to a home-pool size.

Our stay at West Bay Club was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and located on one of the most stunning beaches in Turks and Caicos. The staff was exceptional- friendly, professional, and always willing to help. From check-in to departure, the service felt warm and personalized. The suite was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with beautiful ocean views and everything we needed for a perfect vacation.

I had an amazing time and thought the staff was so kind and helpful and friendly. The beach was amazing. The pool was lovely. The food was pretty good and reasonably priced… definitely above expectations! Enjoyed the amenities and can’t think of anything that would have made it better… can’t wait to go back ♥️

West Bay Club was perfectly located with access to the beach. Our stay was wonderful! The staff was very nice and helpful. We relaxed and enjoyed ourselves exactly how we wanted. I would highly recommend staying here!
