We really enjoyed our stay at Cambridge Beaches Resort, but I wanted to share some advice about transportation that may help future visitors. If you’re planning to travel from the resort toward Horseshoe Bay Beach or Hamilton using the public bus, don’t rely on it as your only transportation. During busy times, the buses are often already full by the time they reach the resort, due to cruise ships and they may pass by without stopping because they have no room for additional passengers. This happened to us more than once. If you plan to explore the island frequently, you may want to consider renting a scooter or another form of transportation. If you choose a scooter, be extra cautious. Bermuda’s roads are narrow, winding, and can be challenging, especially for riders who are not experienced. Also, always be prepared for changing weather. Bermuda’s weather can change very quickly, with brief rain showers appearing and disappearing within minutes. Carrying a light rain jacket or small umbrella is a good idea, even if the day starts out sunny. Hopefully this helps future visitors plan ahead and enjoy everything Bermuda has to offer.

Liked each room had a nice terrace. Didn't like the layout of the outdoor pool. Dinner in Sunken Harbor was so-so for $260 with no alcohol. Don't get the smoked wahoo on your bagel unless you like biting into a salt lick.

Amazing stay. I want to go back! The property was absolutely gorgeous.

I loved our room as it was big enough for my family of 4(2, 19 year olds) and the pull out couch was incredibly comfortable! We did have to learn to be patient with getting food. No one moves quickly.

The furniture felt dated and old, and the bed was bad and left my lower back in pain. However, the staff was great and very helpful and the property overall was nice.

Incredibly relaxing few days. Delightful assortment of restaurants to choose from. Great food, friendly staff, easy to get to and from the airport!

Staff are exceptionally helpful and genuine. Facilities are varied. An air of elegance but in a very relaxed way. Design and art are tasteful and authentic. A sense of intimacy and the most exceptional views on the island. Go!

Every room was a separate villa. Never felt like I was staying in hotel. Views were amazing and sunsets from your room.

Great ocean view rooms and 3 great beaches with 5 restaurants and good food. A little distance from Hamilton and St Georges about an hour. But very relaxing !

Great hotel and location!!!

We stayed in the beautiful lower flamingo room, which was well appointed,spacious and had a sitting area large bathroom, Jacuzzi, patio and walk in private changing nook. We enjoyed the sunset dinner at beaches and delicious breakfast by the pool. All the food was excellent. We usually stay at the Reefs, but they did not have availability. The big difference is Cambridge beaches is more expensive has more to do like croquet mini golf and a variety of nooks and crannies to explore. Because we are spoiled by staying in Southampton we did not enjoy the beaches here as much as they have public access seem to be a lot of charters private boats coming in and out of the Long Beach cove and more children activity. We are a couple, always looking for relaxation so that was not ideal. We walked through the spa, but there were families enjoying the pool so did not go in. We really enjoyed the outdoor pool and scored the Cabana near the waterfall. That was great. The staff are excellent and it’s hard to have a better experience in bermuda than these classic resorts, that know how to do it right and I’ve been doing it forever.

The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful and polite. I only stayed one night and i left before breakfast was served.

Everything was really wonderful, almost all of the staff was very friendly and personable. I did find that the drinks were incredibly expensive and maybe not worth the price, I felt like they were a bit stingy with their pours! Love the resort tho!
