The staff tried to correct their errors. I did not like that upon check in the staff did not know that they were a vip property.

Signature Mongolian hospitality. On all my trips to UB, I’ve never thought of staying any place else. This hotel has everything I need…location, friendliness, comfort, and the staff even remembers my name. They make me feel like family, and have helped me with all kind of minor matters (like eSIM and transportation, etc) Perfect experience. See you again soon Kempinski!

This is my third stay at the Kempinski! Beyond excellent service will keep me coming back. Comfortable, quiet, and friendly. Three little details stick out: 1) remembering my name (even the doorman!), 2) Having a to-go coffee and breakfast waiting at our 6:00am departure, and 3) three individuals helping me for 25 minutes with an eSIM glitch on my phone. Why would I ever stay anyplace else? Splendiferous

Restaurants in the hotel were good, especially the Japanese food. Hotel staff wonderful. Hotel room itself in need of repair and upgrade.

A descent hotel in Ulaanbaatar, furniture a bit run down, but I guess you cannot expect much in Mongolia. Breakfast is just so so, but the food in the ground floor lounge is good.

Good breakfast with enough options. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is a bit far from the centre but there’s a bus stop a few minutes away and around 40 minute walk.

Clean and convenient

This hotel is not convenient location, restaurant service was horrible, waited for 30 minutes then told ten more minutes, almost empty bar area, reception staff were good.

Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was very good. I was put in a smoking room, had to change room and was not given same level of room as they said they only had twin rooms. But everything else was great

Room and bed

Really nice hotel as you'd expect from a Kempinski. Quality room size and details. Quite small hotel for the brand and a bit further away for the main attractions. Excellent reception service for taxi ordering and explanations.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Excellent breakfast. Large, comfy room.

Despite being small and a 30 min walk away from the square, it was clean, with well appointed rooms, and the staff were professional.
