Serviceminded personal, nice location and facilities. Lots of traffic in the sorroundings but very lilttle noise.

I stay at this hotel because it was recommended to me as a great place to stay

Breakfast service was kind of poor. Had to chase people down for coffee every morning. Temperature in gym was very high. Music from the beer garden and night clubs was very very loud every night making it hard to sleep. I required ear plugs.

Poor service. They tried to put me in a room next to consctruction and acted surprised when I objected. Poor service.(very slow). Broken toilet. Outdated. Nothing nearby except for fast food restaurants. Overpriced. Very loud music almost everywhere in the hotel at all hours.

A decent hotel overall, let down by service in all restaurants. Virtually no staff, the ones who are there are not attentive, stand around chatting among themselves and take FOREVER to serve you and then even longer to bring food and drinks. We’re taking 20 minutes to get a drink, 45 minutes for a soup or a salad. Slowest service I’ve ever seen in a hotel.
