The customer service was not accommodating.

The staff was always very professional.I stayed for five days and didn't have issues. The buffet spread was always plentiful and had many Nigerian specialties to try along with fruits, smoothies,omelette station and a different spin on pastries.My significant other is from Nigeria and loved the food, this made me very happy! The room for the most part was decent besides a couple of stains and debree on the carpet,but, housekeeping came every day to freshen up and replenish water, coffee and toiletries.I needed early check in and an extra day stay.This was very accommodating and done with ease. I felt very safe being an American white woman and this was very important.The security was taken seriously and people were not just able to walk on the property without being a guest. The gentleman that picked me up from the airport Ola was very kind,sweet and helpful.He made the start of my stay from pick up from the airport very comfortable,informative and less stressful.I was able to hire him to take me and my boyfriend to other locations as well.This made me feel so safe and with less worry. I highly recommend this hotel especially if you are from another country.

Certainly not worth the price! Internet issues, blackout issues, shuttle took to the wrong location and left stranded in the middle of a not good area. Hassled about payment when paid when reserved!

The Hotel was really good , the only issue was the Air condition unit fan , the noise from the fan need attention, loud in the middle of the nights. The Hotel management services was excellent, very top quality services from the guys at the reception, the like of Femi,the morning reception teams , john from the restaurants, everyone was very good and a very big thank you to this guys .

Positives- Staff are very welcoming, and does an excellent job escorting and helping you bring luggage to your room. They write and explain what number to call for front desk and check the room for you. I love that there were things that were complimentary especially a razor with shaving cream. Love love you pay once on expedia and there's no extra hidden fees where your card is on hold, until you leave. Negative- I didn't like that as a visitor they didn't have anything for you to wash your body with (ec:washcloth Or african sponge) and they didn't know what a washcloth was. But, I understand it's not usa so everyone doesn't use those things, but at least something smaller then regular towel or hand towel. Also, There was weird smell in the room a lil, such the phone smelled bad. Thankfully I wipe it with clorox wipes. Lastly, as I'm checking the bed, found a guest had hidden sum under for intimacy so I threw that out. Overall, I would recommend and stay because it was beautiful accommodation services, the room was big and nice, and I love that bathroom had shower and bathtub. The mirror in the bathroom was very nice as well.
