As a senior citizen with reduced mobility, I greatly appreciated all help received by staff and managers (e.g., Stefan) during my stay. Most hotels do the minimum they can get away with, but I was touched by how much everyone there went out of their ways to help. I left a tip at the front desk to be divided among staff, so hope everyone got part of my THANK YOU.

Amazing stay. Really large and comfortable beds. Lovely staff. And a great rooftop bar!

It was great, a great hotel lots of amenities in the center. You dont need to go out from the hotel The only thing was the daily cleaning, the room is very clean but the daily routine was a bit off. Not puting new towels or cleaning the cup of coffee.

I’ve stayed at this property several times. Always a great experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. Perfect location in the city center. The rooftop bar is great!

Excellent hotel, great stuff, very good breakfast, spacious room, clean and with heating & ventilation in very good condition. Great location in the very city center, few minutes walk from the Stefan the Great park, museums, shopping malls,etc.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. Rooms are modern but quite small for a longer stay, especially with kids. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the restaurant in the hotel. Gym ist well equipped. Spa is small but nice and costs 12 euros extra.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, the location was close to sightseeing locations.

My room that I've booked was not available and the receptionist was not knowledgeable enough to solve the issue, and very rude told me to step away to help someone else. Then another receptionist, who was the opposite, very friendly, stepped in to solve the issue

If your are not casino and other entertainment tourist stay away from this hotel. Stinky room with tiny window without any black out at all. The music on the roof terrace was so loud that i thought the ceiling will crumble on me. Until the Midnight Wired visitors and flocks of night girls. Avoid this hotel.

All in all it was a beautiful stay. Hotel is super clean, all staff super nice and professional especially Anton and Veronica at front desk. Food at the roof top was delicious. Thank you.
