El hotel está muy bien ubicado en una zona muy segura pero lo mejor es el staff que tuvo muchos detalles en mi visita. Muy recomendado...

The hotel is not the newest but its good and comfortable.

Every time my family visits Loja this is our hotel of choice. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Warm pool and jacuzzi. State do the art gym and amazing buffer breakfast. Clean and safe!

En el front desk falta un poco más de amabilidad y conocimiento sobre las reservas, porqué la señora primero me dijo que por online todas las reservaciones estaban canceladas y yo ya había pagado mi reservación pero claro al momento ya de irnos con mi familia ella salió y me dijo que encontró la reserva esa pasadera de tiempo no me gustó ya que estoy viajando con mi hija con necesidades especiales

Great hotel in loja City

No a/c or heater in the room. Good security. Staff was very pleasant. Rooms ending in 8 are directly over the gym and ate are quite noisy if the window is opened .

Everything good so far

Nice hotel with great view. Rooms are nice and clean. Only problem is that the areas is a bit noisy.

Overall, I liked the property. There was just one thing that almost soured the experience, I was charged for the room when I checked in, and they pretended to charge me for the room again when I checked out. Since the bill wasn't that high, I could not have noticed it, but I did and produced a credit card stub to demonstrate I had already paid. That was enough, but it was an inconvenience nonetheless.

Love the view of the city and the buffet breakfast.

Friendly staff

I would stay again. It was a little loud due to an event. Also we had to ask for towels at the pool several times.

There was a loud event that went on all night super loud. We complained and asked for a different room they showed us one that was worse. The hotel was not full and they could have given us a room in the back away from the noise, instead of showing us a worse one.

Estuve muy impresionada con la cena. El chef es excelente y la comida muy rica. El servicio fue excelente en todo aspecto.
