Great property, I am very impressed. Beautiful, clean and very safe.

Toilet seat loose and we had to request towels. There were none upon our arrival

Double charged for room service and mini bar consumption, paid cash for this services also tipped, after we checked out received a bill for this services.

It is safe for a family

Location is everything for this property which is connected to a mall. Service has huge room for improvement. Room without hand towels upon arrival to property, had to request twice. Next day they said towels were being laundered, that they would bring later. They never did. Had to request in person at lobby. Still didn't get them. Had to call front desk and request again, only for housekeeping supervisor to show up at door to ask again what was needed. Breakfast the next day in a tight space due to event going on at main restaurant. No available indoor seating. Had to share a big round table with other people to eat. No glasses available for drinks. Staff unwilling to assist. Have had several issues other the past few stays. This was my last stay at this property. Have giving them too many chances to improve and nothing changes.
