Great staff, very personable and remembered our names which we were impressed by. Breakfast was impressive and changed daily.
A few minor misses- hot chocolate in the coffee room/library was not restocked for our full stay, rooms needed more shampoo/conditioner (only 1 teeny bottle for a whole family), pool was never really completely clean.
Our main disappointment was that our 5 day stay was cut short by 2 full days due to flight cancellations by airlines. We contacted Hotel immediately when they pulled us off our plane to let them know we would be late arriving. After repeated requests, they refused to refund or compensate us for something outside our control because it booking had no refunds. We understand this from the hotels perspective, but there was no understanding from the hotel. We simply wanted resort credit so we could stay longer since we didn't get to use our full reservation but they wouldn't consider it. They could have offered all inclusive upgrade for the remaining 3 days to soften the sting but they didn't do that either. This would have gone a long way with good customer service and likely a return visit for a future vacation.
