Really beautiful property. Everyone is really nice. Bed very comfy. Had everything we needed for the week. About a 10 minute a walk to Sunset beach. You do want to rent a car as it is in Leeward beach area. Short drive to Grace Bay. Pool area is super nice with jacuzzi.

The hotel pool looks nice, but the water is not clean and sanitized. There is full of dirt on the top and the bottom of the water. The hotel space is nice, the rooms are comfortable but there is no activity, the place feels boring.

Front desk workers were not friendly, resort did not have any restaurants, taxis were expensive, rooms were not cleaned during entire 5 day stay

Location was good for us. We had a car. Close to leeward beach, 5 mins to down town. We had the 3 bedroom penthouse and it was awesome for our 6ppl. Tons of room to spread out.

Property was clean and staff waa so friendly. Rooms come fully equipped with all you may need to make your meals. Beach is an easy walking distance. Negative .... no restaurant on site or a bar. BUT you can buy your own and carry in. So, still a win. I'd definitely return!

I arrived after their front desk staff was gone for the day. The check in with security was smooth. There were a few roaches I saw in my room while there. Along with some mold on the ceiling in the closet. They had a swim up bar but was unstaffed the entirety of my stay. It would have been nice to know beforehand, along with the hot tub not working with a low water level and unable to heat. The location is pretty much in the middle of nowhere but that’d was nice at least.

This is our 2nd time at the Atrium. It's very quiet, peaceful and beautiful. Our room this time had a couple of issues which is why we are giving it 4 stars instead of 5. Air conditioning wasn't working properly and the washing machine had some issues. All in all, we love the Atrium.

We get there at 11am,There were not allowing us to check in until 4,and check out latest at 11.30

Beautiful property. Clean and spacious rooms in our condo. In room washer and dryer is really handy. Spacious parking lot for every room in same building. Property has 3 buildings, a pool in the center. A shower next to the pool is convenient for washing away sand from beach. Easy walk to Leeward beach, which is less crowded than Grace bay. Property chairs and umbrellas on beach is really convenient! We enjoyed our 5 nights stay here!

We spent a wonderful week at the Atrium Resort. The room was had everything we needed and were lucky to get a ground floor unit, so my kids could walk right out to the pool. As other guest has mentioned, the Resort is very quiet. Most times we were the only ones in the pool. Beach is an easy 10 min. walk. The best part of our stay was beautiful gray tiger cat (we named Leela). She adopted us for the week and hung out on our patio with us. Leela made that resort feel like a home. Give Leela some love if you see her hanging around.

My room had all the things you would need for a week long vacation. It had a washer and dryer, mini fridge, stove, and dishwasher. The customer service isn’t the best and they only supply you with two rolls of toilet paper and tell you you’re on your own for more. The bar at the pool wasn’t open during our stay.

Could use a whirlpool built into the pool
