I didn't find anything positive except for the location. The WiFi didn't work at all. This is a very old building whose owners joined the Ibis chain a few years ago.

Was not worth the money spent the pictures on this app make it appear way more attractive than it really is in real life But it was secure and the breakfast was good the service wasn’t half bad as well .

A good business hotel in Douala with a very good pool. The restaurant has daily specials allowing you to eat there regularly as well as weekend entertainment.

Right security, that was great! No air conditioning or deliberately put it to malfunctioning, needs fresh air or smells around, no sufficient ventilation in the rooms or the one I was. However, there is room for improvement. Thank you

Rooms were outdated.....the buffet was awesome

All went very smooth and staff was helpful Room was very small for three people but our 4 year old just fit on the small sofa chair so we made it work

Bathroom was dirty, which is not usual in this hotel. It is always very clean. Shower and walls black with moist.

Stayed here for a week. Really good bar and restaurant. However, the rooms are not very good. Average. Friendly staff.

I have arrived at night. Long time to check me in after a flight of about 7 hours although there was only me at the reception. Bathrooms are like since 1800 and I entered the floor is all wet(there is leak with this old equipment) and the cooler was as if it wasn't cooling so I was sweating at night therefore didn't sleep well, no free water to drink , no hand tissue available, the toilet is terribly placed in the bathroom, not enough space to sit well... The only good things about it are food, location (security and near all) and mainly friendly staff.

OK for the short stay passing through town. Wifi poor in the rooms so don't expect to download any larger attachments.

Nothing extraordinary, just a place to pass the night. Need some improvement to get in par with international standards.

Ibis hotel DOUALA always an enjoyable stay center location great outside seating are by the pool which is kept to a high standard. Great AC throughout the hotel. Lastly very helpful staff.

Easy to walk to most places in town.
