This hotel wasn’t amazing like a resort but you can’t beat the price for a hotel right on the beach!! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I love that you can walk right on Bávaro Beach, this beach was great! You also get made-to-order breakfast for free and you can eat it overlooking the beach. The beach was overly crowded, clean, soft sand and beautiful water, get a Piña colada from the guy on the cart he makes it delish with lots of rum! The shop next door is the only place I found good souvenirs for cheap. And it was next to Captain Cooks which is absolutely amazing, shared the grilled seafood platter with my friend and it was soooo delish!! But all the food I had in Punta Cana especially the seafood was amazing and fresh!! But Captain Cooks and Jelly Fish were my faves!! The room isn’t good looking but you get not just a room with a bed but also a living area with a couch and desk. Overall I would rate 4⭐️

Enjoyed my two week stay. Nice clean place evey comftable with a very nice friendly staff that go out of their way to serve you. Excellent location right on the beach. Convenient location walking distance to restaurants, bars, mini convience stores.

Staff is nice but they need more staff… under staffed and view is beautiful but very unhappy with the room conditions.it wasn’t dirty but bathroom is so tiny and outdated. Just dingy appearance

Terrible hotel they promised nice bed confertible bed nice room but the room so small worst bed no windows to dark room they ruined our vacation.i don't recommend

Si está muy limpio el hotel y vista muy bonita ala playa , lo que no me gustó fue que en el paquete iba una cama King size y me dieron una regular matrimonial, cama chica eso fue lo único que no me gustó, de lo demás todo está bien

Over-all enjoyed my stay here. The longer I stayed, the more I appreciate the place. Staff is amazing despite not really speaking English - we managed to communicate. Breakfast selection is the best. Also, just a few steps to the beach where you can also have your breakfast.

Not at all what you see on the pics!!! This is a cheap motel advertised as a hotel …. First time it happens to me in expedia!!! I did not like the staff, room, around, no parking spaces, we were lucky to find something available…. I mean for one night if you loose your flight and everything else is taken, well, I guess you’d deal with it, but other than that, wouldn’t recommend. So, please let tourists know the truth about this place… the pics are not at all what you see, this has to be taken care of…

Loved it. A gem food is good. Beach front. Comfortable room. Claudio at front desk was a great host. Received the best massage. I’ve been to quite a few hotel in area and this by far has been the best. Great ambiance. Relaxing. and quaint.

The property has good value

Good breakfast. Clean comfy room. Pleasant staff. Close to beach if 365 gate is open. Close to bars and restaurants. No hot water on 3rd floor and no TV.
