Overall it was ok. Food was ok. A lot of mosquitos.

This was the third time I have been to Turks. This by far was the best resort. I strongly reccomend this resort. The entire staff was amazing.

Our family of 6 were able To stay in a suite that slept all of us which is unusual. We loved the quiet property and the staff was so friendly and absolutely prompt on any needs we had. Definitely will be coming back!

This is a beautiful property. Everything about it was great. Their sister hotel, Alexandria had more activities though. I would highly recommend staying at Blue Haven Resort.

Amazing staff and the food was amazing. It was nice to go to the sister resort for dinner but would never go there to stay primarily. Blue Haven is way better.

This place seemed a little isolated from everywhere else

We had a little issue with no water pressure or hot water in one of our bathrooms, after four days they were able to fix it. Once Sheneka at the front desk found out, she took care of us. Smiley and Natalie, poolside was fantastic. Tange at tours was very helpful. The hotel beach and water was beautiful.

Blue Haven resort is the smaller of the two sister resorts and we loved that. Most of staff is very friendly and engaging. The beach area and water sports were exactly what we wanted. There was plenty of activities to choose from and the excursions were pretty reasonable. Food was plenty!! We would definitely go back!

Best food for an all-inclusive that I have ever had

It’s a quiet peaceful resort. Great service and nice accommodations.

Small property and away from everything - good for families with small children. Water in pool and beach too cold. Service in pool bar not so good, had to get my own drinks most of the time and did not open until 11 am. Not worth the price.

My son loved Rice, she was awesome helping him fish all week!! The food was quite good as were the cocktails. Room accommodations!

Very Family-Oriented

Great place to stay away from Grace Beach. Very nice beach and quiet laid back atmosphere. For being an all-inclusive, it was ok. The service is decent, but the staff are not eager to help you out. The food selection was good, but the taste was mediocre. After spending time at all inclusive resorts in different countries, TCI is way overpriced for what you get.
