Nice hotel but very loud talking outside window most of the night. Dinner buffet overpriced for what it was.

Pretty basic (e. g. no coffee maker), but clean and very pleasant front desk staff.

The room was fine. The food was a buffet but still good and breakfast was good. The location was fine. Some staff like the waiters were very helpful although it took a while to get a drink. Reception were a little frosty.

The room was not clean, there was no curtain, the shower broke after every use & the basic amenities in the room were lacking. I wouldn’t stay here again

Customer service not good, not nice attitude and not helpful at all. Also the hotel has NOTHING in the rooms, not very clean. The breakfast was OK but not great.

Loved our stay here and can imagine coming back in the winter. The ski slopes are just by the hotel, the hotel is comfortable and pleasant, and the area is just amazing! The spa is super nice too to relax in after a day of hiking, or skiing in winter.

Great hotel, worth paying extra 10 euro for balcony, nature is around, but pity that bar is closed at 10 pm

Started with an odor in the room that I traced to a leaky drain under the sink which then caused the towels to also stink. Then late evening the water was shut off with no warning due to renovations. Renovations then started at roughly 8 am again no communication. Meals below par. Location was great however.

Clean hotel in great location for easy walking access to Kranjska Gora (with shops and lots of restaurants) and Lake Jasna. Free parking. Breakfast was a lovely spread with lots of options.

Great location. Wonderful scenic small lake with restaurants and spectacular views within a mile. Room had no AC which was missed. The included breakfast was decent.
