Did not get in the pool

I booked this hotel because it has an indoor pool and hot tub, which is very rare in Ecuador. The hot tub was fine, but the pool was not heated and ice cold. Did not see a single person using it the whole stay. The pool is more for show than anything else

Lots of conventions, noise until 2am every night we where there. No cable, Netflix or Prime. We told them but just said that they were working on it. Room was very nice and clean. Few staff were friendly.

Not friendly staff, including receptionist restaurant and maids.

The room was clean and everyone was courteous and helpful.

We didn't use the pool. The breakfast was fresh but could have had more variety.

The quality of the breakfast wasn’t the best, especially, with the coffee, tamal lojano. The hot food was lukewarm. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the bellboy. The hotel was well located, nice and had good amenities. The back part was noisy with the events during the weekend.

Beautiful hotel with immaculate facility, very nice traditional decor. Great lobby and a grand staircase. Great breakfast bar and a decent weight room.

The continental breakfasts have improved tremendously! As a traveling American, I can say that Grand Victoria Boutique Hotel has really exceeded, even beyond many high ranking Hotels in the states! They are certainly my favorite foto in all of Loja! Way to go ! Grand Victoria Boutique Hotel :)

The place was good, great location and very respectful for COVID times. Overall experience was great

The hotel is lovely but rooms are not air conditioned or heated- not even a ceiling fan. No windows to the street only windows that open towards the hallway so no ventilation. The suites do have windows to the street that will allow for ventilation. The staff went above and beyond fulfilling any and all requests. The hotel is classy in appearance and the neighborhood seemed safe. There is a pharmacy at the corner of the street next to a small bakery. I would stay again but only in a suite- the staff made up any short comings the property had. Also, if you don’t speak Spanish things may get a bit difficult but pls don’t be rude to them.
