Clean room , and friendly staff

The staff is very friendly. Excellent location close to the stadium to attend Umhlanga Reed Dance.

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel! From the moment I arrived, the ladies at the reception were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional ,they truly set the tone for a great experience. The room was spotless and exceptionally well-maintained. I was especially impressed by how clean everything was, and the quiet atmosphere made it perfect for rest and relaxation. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended

Situated in a beautiful valley and easy accessible. Very friendly staff and reception. Restaurant was great and food really good. Spacious comfortable rooms. Will definitely use again on my next trip.

My stay was amazing

The room (141 in the new part) was bleak and strangely designed, feeling cold and prison-like. We don't think you should have opened it when the courtyard was not yet finished (artificial grass and no garden). The old pool area was OK but there were no tables and chairs there.

Reasonable standard for the price. Bathrooms need a spruce up and please sort out your shower heads

Comfortable overnight stay. Nothing to be excited about. Bathroom area looks and feels dated. Little attention to detail in the room and bathroom. Breakfast - salt & pepper condiments were filthy dirty and not wiped down from previous use by other guests. Disgusted!

The room was so big and clean. Breakfast was the best. Had struggles getting an iron for my morning outfits which was quite annoying. Otherwise excellent services.

The place is good, so are the staff. There was no chicken at breakfast.

We were disturbed in the night by the security man who decided to let two women who had swam in the pool until midnight and opened the doors for them and closing the doors with a chain which was extremely noisy and also his radio was on and he was talking into it loudly not far from our room. When we went for breakfast we were told we could it take an apple even though we paid for it and had to return it in front of other guests. I questioned this with the lady on the desk and told her a local had taken fruit out and why we were not allowed. Her answer was not convincing and we were very disappointed.

You need to initiate quite a serious maintenance plan in that hotel. It was raining and I could see water running down your passage wall. Other than that, my stay was cool.

run down hotel cant compete with more modern alternatives in the valley.

Great location. This hotel is really a 3 star. Internet is spotty at best. Stay away if you need reliable wifi. Food was average.

The breakfast was great and staff were friendly but not too helpful. Pool was so overused by people that we were not able to relax there. Used water bottles were still out in our room when we arrived. Restaurant on site had very poor and slow service. Took over an hour after ordering for our meal to be served. We did like the location and our room was quiet at night.
