The service from the staff was excellent. They were angagement and informative. However, for this class of hotel, no restaurant, no bar and room service was available. This is an area that needs improving. They did offer alternatives with a complimentary shuttle to the nearest mall or restaurant which was acceptable.

Shuttle service was perfect, to and fro the airport & extremely convenient for the mall service where you can find many food/dining spots. Easy check in and out, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great toddler approved of the waffles & hot chocolate. The pool was clean & a nice area for relaxing or dining outdoors.

The Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites is an extremely comfortable, safe and ideally located property. Its closeness to the airport and the shopping malls as well as the main thoroughfare is a big positive. Its also a lovely family oriented hotel with excellent amenities.

Totally loved it, actually the best holiday inn I’ve been too this far, and I will definitely choose this as my stay if I’m in Trinidad for a day or two, however, I think stretching the continental breakfast to 11am for the late risers after late flights would be amazing

Very clean and comfortable property which is very convenient for early morning travel out of Piarco. Courtesy shuttle bus service to rhe airport is excellent

It's easy and comfortable enough for the purpose of being close to the airport, other than that it is out of the way and everything in the vicinity closes early. The hotel has only a basic breakfast but no food throughout the day and night.

Just needed an airport hotel room for one night. This one provides an airport shuttle. They don’t have a restaurant but they will take you on the free shuttle to a nearby TGI Friday. Staff are very friendly.
