In walking distance of everything in Tblisi. Lots of places nearby for dining options. Indoor pool and sauna were nice as well.

Not five star, it’s all

5 star hotel! The best experience we ever had! The staff was so nice and accommodating, the room was impeccable and the amenities were top notch. A real 5 star experience. Really hope to come back soon!

No veg food

The staff at the hotel promised many things but never actually did what they said. It is spring time so the rooms were very warm and we requested for the AC to turned on. Initially they argued that the AC is on but when I asked them why it is blowing hot air, they said that the entire hotel is on heating system for winter and the AC is not on yet. It would have been fine to open the windows as it was cool outside but the hotel is on the main road so it is impossible to sleep due to the noise if the windows are open. We asked for alternate rooms and thinner blankets, however they would promise to have a solution by the time we came back from our tours in the evening. Day after day passed till we left and absolutely nothing was done. They didn't care about a negative review.

Very pleasant stay. Excellent location and comfortable rooms. Staff very attentive and courteous.

Terrible reception. Low standard breakfast (many items, not tasty, cold pastries). In the corridors of the hotel there is a strong smell of cigarettes.

Front staff was excellent. There was a very rude head of restaurant. Absolutely obnoxious and rude. He wouldn’t let us sit in the empty restaurant and work and was showing attitude. We didn’t complain to the front desk. The location of the restaurant is great and overall stay was comfortable
