Hotel is a bit old but everything works in the staff are extremely helpful

Super sweet deal ideal for proximity to airport and free shuttle . My arriving flight was 3am delayed and driver was promptly waiting holding the sign with my name . Large pool . Lovely staff and employees . Spacious rooms , great AC .

Dinner at the restaurant was great; seafood chowder was amazing 😄

Food was delicious and very friendly staffs. Free airport shuttle and breakfast is included.

Very nice hotel, good value, handy for the airport, charming desk staff good breakfast. A bit short on atmosphere though, particularly around the pool.

This hotel had a magnificent view from the room and the dining area. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the hotel has a lot of charm.

The room was clean and very nice. The place could use some work. I can tell it used to be a very nice place. But it is still worth staying at and I would stay again

The staff at the property were very kind, courteous and very helpful. From the moment we checked in until we checked out a few days later, the staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Unfortunately, this property has seen better days and the facilities have not aged well. the room decor and furnishings are dated and there was mold on the bathroom walls & grout. It was fairly clean, but you can tell that not much as been invested in terms of capital improvements for the past few years. It's ok for a 1-2 night stay as it is within a 5 minute drive from the airport.

Run down property room was okay. no lunch service Water slides not running. Toilet leaking in bathroom. Staff very kind and accommodating.

Really dirty. Run down. The staff was really afraid of the manager. Dog tired outside in the heat. Pice was good bu won’t be back. Toxic environment.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They provided outstanding service and offered suggestions to make our stay more enjoyable. As a family of 3, rooms with 2 queen beds are on the small side. Bathrooms are also not that spacious in the standard room, so you may want to consider booking a larger room if you like more space to move around. The hotel is a fair distance from the centre, so take 20 USD into account for a taxi trip one way to go out.

Staff was so friendly and helpful! Good location. On site free parking. A/C kept room cool and comfortable. Large, clean pool. Russ went out of his way to assist us, as did front desk staff. Building has lovely wood trim, huge hand carved storyboards in the lobby

Everything was spotless. The staff were perfect and very helpful. The best part of my stay was the food. Every meal was amazing. Great traditional food.

The hotel is old, but everything works. It's distant from the centre, but transport is available with notice, and the on-site restaurant was decent. Nice pools against a jungle backdrop, great view from the balcony. Staff lovely, breakfast was set menu but variations accommodated, and different each day. Would return.

Best choice of stay if you are looking for a hotel with free airport transfer and included breakfast. Amazing slides and super friendly staff. I wish we have stayed to this hotel during our trip. They also offer cheap service to and from downtown Koror.
